Unassuming exterior is greeted with cozy and clean interior and delightful overall experience with excellent food and even better service. Ernesto and staff was accommodating and made everyone feel comfortable. I would recommend for dates, family dinners and birthdays - the whole restaurant joined in singing happy birthday. Terrific experience.

From the minute we walked in the staff made us feel like family. This is what a neighborhood place is all about. The bar was super cozy and not super loud. The food was absolutely incredible. We split a few things and each was better than the next. The hot bread they brought is a top five in the city. We will be back for sure.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Mirabella Italian Cuisine & Bar! Everything we ordered was delicious, starting with the spinach apple salad it was incredible! So fresh and full of flavor. The linguine with clam sauce (white) was outstanding perfectly cooked pasta and a rich, savory sauce. We also tried the Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp, and it was equally amazing creamy, flavorful, and comforting in every bite. Even the bread was wonderful warm, fresh, and the perfect complement to our meal. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great Italian food and a welcoming atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

The menu is the exact replica of a very popular restaurant in Chicago, as the chef left and took his creations to open up his own restaurant. The food is incredible and so fresh. The service is impeccable. The best the city has to offer as a real steakhouse. Please support this local gem

Excellent service and excellent entrees! Perfect spot for a fancy date night or special occasion. Our waiter Carlos was very attentive and had a great sense of humor. He made the dining experience memorable! Also, the menu is overwhelmingly delicious- I will be back to try more entrees. I highly recommend the grilled calamari and shrimp to start and that you save room for the Bananas Foster - which is prepared table-side. My husband had the Ribeye steak, friends had the broiled Branzino special and I had the fresh fettuccine with King Crab and leeks and diced tomatoes with a touch of cream. Pasta is house made and fresh. Portions are generous and entrees come with salad or soup. I will be back! You can park in the lot across Addison by LA Fitness for free.

There are Italian restaurants and then there is Mirabella Italian Cuisine & Bar. Located on the corner of Addison St and St Louis Ave you will find this cozy, family owned Italian restaurant. As other reviews have mentioned, Chicago has a very competitive restaurant landscape (in fact there is another Italian restaurant in eye sight). But Mirabella has nothing to worry about when it comes to competition as it is in a league of its own. When you first walk in, you are met by a full bar and the incredible Sylvia crafting up cocktails left and right (by the way she makes an amazing espresso martini). We then made our way to our table where our server, Ernesto, took the time to meet us and our needs. He insisted we tried the Grilled Calamari as our first course. The sauce it was cooked in was the best part. But our main courses are what really blew away our taste buds. Ernesto had mentioned that the special for tonight (which they do not have very often) was Prime Rib and mashed Potatoes. As pictured below, it was cooked to perfection. This hunk of meat was packed full of flavor, dripping in juice, and paired with a side of creamy/buttery mashed potatoes. My girlfriend ordered the lamb chops which followed suit in perfection from a taste and plating point of view. The combination of a friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and mouth watering food is the reason I will be coming back here soon. 15/10.
