Gah darn their gluten free deep dish was absolutely delicious. I’ve never had one, but as a celiac visiting I had to try it. I also got the hot honey pizza, which is alright. I would like to try their franks buffalo pizza next time. Staff was friendly

I thought I wouldn’t be a fan of deep dish pizza until I tried it, it’s unbelievably delicious! We ordered the Malnati Chicago Classic: it’s juicy, cheesy, and the tomato sauce flavor is amazing. The classic comes with a buttery crust and extra cheese -highly recommend! We got there at 4:50pm, no wait, but only bar seating. When we got out at around 5:45pm, there’s a line.

Lou Malnati's never disappoints! The food is always delicious, but what truly makes the experience special is the amazing customer care. Fallon & Lev went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism – they were so polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, especially with my kid. It’s rare to see this level of service where staff treat you like family and make sure every detail is perfect. Thanks to Fallon & Lev, our visit felt warm and memorable. Lou Malnati’s is a place we’ll keep coming back to, not only for the pizza, but for the outstanding people behind it!

“BEST DEEP DISH EVER.”

BEST DEEP DISH EVER! I was not expecting to like deep dish, but wanted to try it anyway because I was visiting Chicago. However I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the pizza at this restaurant. I got the special one with pepperoni and hot honey (can’t remember the name) and I ate the whole thing. So good. I will be craving this place for a while.

We went out of our way to try deep dish pizza here on a friend’s recommendation, and we were not disappointed! It was like lasagne pie. YUM. And Dulce was a wonderful server, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!!

When they say this is Chicago's #1 pizza place they are not lying. This place is great! The staff are amazing and it was fast. We did have to have a reservation but other than that it was awesome and worth the wait.

Great deep dish and thin crust. We tried the personal sizes of both to get a feel for each type. Couldn’t pick a fave! They make their deep dish with corn meal and that adds a different taste to the pizza. Very good! Sauce was amazing.

First time in Chicago and Lou Malnati’s was recommended to us by a local we met at the airport. The BEST DEEP DISH pizza ever! I was only able to eat one slice considering how thick the pizza was. We made reservations and were seated right away. We waited about 15-20 minutes before getting our order taken let alone get our water/drink order taken BUT the waitress was so apologetic that we couldn’t even be mad. We felt bad as there were only two waitress and our waitress in particular was running all over the restaurant doing her best to wait on her tables. The pizza does take 30 minutes to cook so come in about 30-40 minutes before you anticipate to eat and grab a drink! There are no beers on tap, only canned seltzers and beers. Definitely the highlight of our Chicago trip !

Warm, welcoming environment and delicious deep dish pizza! I went to meet up with a friend here who’s from Chicago and she suggested that I try Lou Malnati’s for an authentic Chicago pizza and I’m glad that I did. From what I have been told there are several Lou Malnati’s in Chicago and they are exclusive only to Chicago. After trying my first bite a burst of heavenly flavors started dancing in my mouth that I’ve never experienced in a pizza anywhere… I knew I would soon develop a long term relationship with Lou Malnati’s each time I were to come back to Chicago.. and until I’m back I’ll continue to yearn for Lou Malnati’s cause I have seriously never finished the crust on any pizza I’ve eaten until I had Lou’s pizza, and it’s like my friend have said… it is seriously the best part.
