I’ll always rave about this place to anyone who gives me the chance. I’ve taken so many people for their first time and have not heard anything negative (14 people and counting) The portions are amazing, you really feel like for the first time the price is worth the amount they’re giving you (aside from taste of course) Whether you’re dining in, doing take out, or ordering delivery through a service- it’s always been a 10/10.

Sapori...Chef Anthony has taken the name of his restaurant, Sapori seriously. Sapori means "flavors" in Italian and his amazing creations stem both from old family recipes as well as his own love of creating flavorful, mouthwatering creations. We come for our anniversary and birthday dinners every year. The atmosphere is romantic, the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about where they work, and the food to die for! On nice summer evenings, they open up the front windows so one has the feeling of true European patio dining or one can indeed dine on romantic tables. 100% recommend!

We made a reservation for dinner and were seated in a small room with 5 or 6 tables in it. The atmosphere was nice, the lighting was dim and it was quiet. We ordered a Caesar salad, two lasagne’s and a rigatoni bolognese. Everything was very good. I especially liked the lasagne. Our server was Liz and she was nice and personable. We will come back again and try something different next time. I have no complaints about this place. The bill was $131 including the tip.

Tucked away with a cozy, softly lit interior and warm wood tones that embrace you like an old friend, it's the perfect setting for an intimate dinner. Whether it's a first date or a quiet evening with someone special, Sapori radiates a kind of magic that feels deeply personal. But while the ambiance sets the mood, it’s the food that carries the night into something unforgettable. I found myself caught in the best kind of dilemma, the menu is a treasure chest of mouth watering Italian classics, each dish more tempting than the last. After much contemplation, I finally chose the Bucatini Carbonara, and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect dish to mark this beautiful night. The Bucatini was a dream. Long, thick strands of pasta with just the right amount of chew, perfectly capturing every drop of the luscious sauce. The creaminess was indulgent but not overpowering — a delicate balance of egg yolk and cream that created a velvety texture. Each bite was punctuated with the smoky richness of pancetta and crisped smoked bacon, their savory saltiness layering with the sweet softness of sautéed onions. A snowfall of grated Grana Padano added a nutty sharpness that elevated the entire experience. The sauce clung lovingly to the pasta, making every forkful a decadent, flavor-packed moment. The grilled chicken added a tender heartiness to the dish. Juicy and flavorful, the chicken was seared beautifully, with edges lightly crisped and a soft, well-seasoned interior that soaked up the richness of the carbonara without overpowering it. It added just the right amount of protein and texture, grounding the creamy sauce and enhancing the overall balance. Every bite was a warm embrace, layered, thoughtful, and deeply satisfying. It wasn’t just a plate of pasta; it was a crafted experience. By the end of the meal, I felt as if I’d tasted something truly special, something made with care and intention. Sapori Trattoria doesn’t just serve food; it tells a story through flavor, texture, and atmosphere. It’s a place where you can fall in love, with the food, with the company, and with the night itself.

All these bad reviews are wack, this place was great. So cozy and dim lit! The espresso martini was excellent and so was everyone else’s drinks at our table of 6. Whipped ricotta was delicious and sweet. I had the carbonara and it was exactly what I needed after driving all day! Our server was very attentive and nice.

“I love the atmosphere here.”

I love the atmosphere here. Very small and intimate. They have a great pasta menu with lots to choose from. If you don’t want pasta they have other options too. The service is really great and attentive too. Do not skip an espresso martini here, super good!!! I’ve become obsessed with whipped ricotta recently so do not skip that as your appetizer!

Delicious Italian food served with style in a fun upscale vibe restaurant. Enjoyed every aspect of our evening at Sapori… from the valet service on a Saturday night, our reserved table was available when we arrived despite them being very busy, the server was attentive, but not overly and the food was tasty and wonderfully presented. Everyone at our table enjoyed themselves and it appeared that all the guests that evening were doing the same. We were a little disappointed that they were out of Gelato… but we enjoyed the homemade Tiramisu instead.

“If you want to eat Carbonara, this place is it.”

If you want to eat Carbonara, this place is it. That gooey texture, all ingredients emulsified well together, flavor explosion. It was one of the best carbonara experiences ever. Should have tried their lasagna, been told its 20+ yr old dish and famous, but I did wanted to try their cappellacci All'Aragosta, which was not bad either. Parking was surprisingly easy, but it is stree parking as you would expect in the city. Ambiance is also very nice, we decided to eat inside the outside is also available. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes old Italian style, for that friendly, city vibe.
