“Easily five stars. The best pizza I have ever had. I would definitely recommend.”

“Occasionally, we treat ourselves to a Lou Malnati's deep-dish pizza. We are always satisfied with the experience. The buttery crust and delicious ingredients make this pizza a special treat for us!”

“You know exactly what you're going to get with Lou Malnati's, and that's absolute deep dish perfection! 🍕 And let me tell you, I absolutely love this pizza. The quality of the ingredients shines through, and that signature deep dish flavor is unmatched. If you're looking for the real deal in Chicago, and pizza that you'll truly adore, this is it. 😋”

“I ordered for delivery, highly recommend Lou’s Deep Dish CYO. App is easy to use, service is reasonably fast for pizza. My overall experience was great but the pizza is by far my favorite in IL. Never disappointed with the quality / perfection of my pizza. It’s an investment for me. Lasts long and heats up good as new. The employees are friendly and it’s become my new weekly date night dinner at home. Thank you guys for putting so much love and care into everything and providing quality food with fast efficient service.”

“*Takeout ONLY, No Dine-In* Most of us really enjoyed the Deep Dish The Lou: spinach mix with garlic, basil & onion. Mushrooms & sliced Roma tomatoes covered with three cheeses, on a garlic Buttercrust. I wish the crust & the dough were cooked a little more, but the ingredients & everything else was tasty. The workers here were also very nice & helpful to us! Thank you for your patience because we thought it was a Dine-In location.”

“Get the semi cooked pizza, and finish it at home. And don't forget Lou's salad.”

“This review is more for the company’s “policy” than anything else. The employees are friendly and seem to do their jobs just fine. I ordered a large Malnati Chicago classic deepdish. The pizza comes with sausage, but I asked for only half of it with sausage and leave the other half with just cheese. Upon paying, their “policy” made it so I was to be charged an additional $3.80 for extra sausage. I found this a little confusing because the pizza already came with sausage, and I was only asking for half of the usual quantity of sausage, yet I was to be charged an additional $3.80. I spoke with the manager and said there was nothing he could do because it was the company “policy” which was disappointed. Due to principle, I did not pay and unfortunately had to get my pie elsewhere. I hope this policy can change - I doubt I’m the only customer who’s encountered this issue.”

“Undercooked and full of water, had to put it back in my oven for 15 minutes”

“Very disappointed by our recent takeout pizza from here. We haven’t had Lou Malnati’s in a while and we decided to order a large deep dish pizza. For paying nearly $50, we were expecting a delicious flavorful pizza. However, right on the first bite we tasted nothing? Sauce was flavorless, sausage meat was flavorless, and the 99 cent butter crust we asked for was no where to find in the overcooked pizza we were eating. On top of that, we waited nearly an hour for this pizza. My wife and mother-in-law were beyond disappointed and barely finished 1 slice. This was a terribly flavorless expensive pizza, and we couldn’t believe we paid nearly $50 for this sad excuse of a deep dish pizza. We would have rather went to Chicago’s Pizza for their deep dish pizza instead. We won’t be making this mistake next time.”
