I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but this restaurant absolutely deserves one! During my frequent visits to the city, I've often struggled to find a place that excels in both food quality and customer service. This restaurant exceeded my expectations on both fronts. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and warm. The staff—servers, hostesses, and managers—genuinely care about your dining experience, which is evident in their attentive service. My meal arrived promptly, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The entire team was incredibly helpful, ensuring that I felt welcomed and valued throughout my visit. Whether you’re looking for a cozy dinner or a special place to celebrate birthdays, this restaurant is the perfect choice. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. You won't be disappointed!

From the moment you walk in to the moment we walked out it was one of the best experiences as a family we have had. The staff are so welcoming and we are impress with their hospitality. Our server Nathan was very accommodating, patient, & answer any questions we had. The garlic knots & pizza is worth getting ! Chicken Marsala very delicious. Tiramisu wow out of this world! Thank you to the management and Wesam for the warm welcome & for making my brother birthday a memorable one. Definitely go and enjoy this lovely establishment.

Was visiting Chicago from NYC last weekend & came in specifically for this one dish I was eyeing online, only for it to be sold out! I was pretty sad about it, as it had been a very hard day for me just one thing after another and my emotions finally took over. The manager came over to tell me that they were going to be able to make me the dish, and they also gave us cannoli’s on the house. Thank you for going above and beyond & truly impacting my day in a positive way when everything else was going wrong. Everything was 10/10.. especially my pasta dish (cavatelli ragu)! Thank you so much ❤️

An incredible visit to DeNucci’s! Everything was fantastic but I will dream about the Amaretto Tiramisu! Truly incredible! Highly recommend a visit if you are visiting Chicago!

“Beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful communicative staff.”

Beautiful atmosphere and a wonderful communicative staff. Helped explain menu items so well for me, especially our server Tom. Each dish came out hot, fast, and gorgeous. Takes me back to very traditional italian dining. Do NOT miss out on the tiramisu, we got ours to go but it was done before we got to our front door. The pistachio brownie was amazing as well, have not had gelato that good in awhile. I recommend getting the sausage and peppers to eat on top or alongside your pizza it was awesome. (Monday they have tavern style pizza available that is what is pictured) The sauce is on the sweeter side but was well rounded for me with the additional dishes. Artichoke appetizer is to die for, I will be back for that alone and to try so much more of the menu.

My fiancé and I were able to take engagement photos at DeNucci's. Later that night, we returned for dinner—and we’re so glad we did. The hospitality was truly unmatched. From the flowers, to heartfelt card and the personalized menu, every detail was thoughtful and made us feel incredibly special. The staff went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful. “I don't care what anybody says, DeNuccis' spicy rigatoni is Top 3, not 3!!”

I don't care what anybody says, DeNuccis' spicy rigatoni is Top 3, not 3!!! The sauce was soooo rich and flavorful, with the right amount of kick. Thank you to my server for recommending a wine pairing and suggesting the crumbled sausage as a protein add for the pasta because it elevated the dish phenomenally! The ambience inside is dim and not too noisy, which makes it perfect for a date night, special celebration, or just a weekday decompress. DeNuccis is now a staple for future Chicago trips. Overall 10/10!!

Service was outstanding. Felt like I was sitting at home with friends while someone kept bringing me great food and wine. Apps: garlic knots and mozzarella sticks- a must. Pasta: bolognese or lumache arrabiata for sure. Dessert (not pictured):affogato. Can’t wait to come back!

Had the best service and experience just happened upon this adorable place with amazing wine selections and great Italian food options. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back. I got the chopped salad and my friend got the bolognese. We both LOVED our dish and the bottle of rosé we shared.
