I love chai and there are so many options—and everything is SO good. The person tending me was so gentle with my low blood sugar indecision. Cute decorative detail and I will be back for adult beverages another time.

Came here for the first time to get takeout food and it was a great experience! I tried the samosa chaat, masala fries and the desi chai and they were all really good. Everything was ready pretty fast and the environment in there was also very cute! I would reccomend for a quick bite or if you want to go to a cafe to study / work. It was also very reasonably priced.

So glad they reopened with atleast 2 of my favorite curry bowls and chaats. Chai is amazing, perfection, best chai in the city! Food spectacular, I really missed all these flavors.

Got the Mumbai cutting Tea, Bhelpuri and Samosa chaat. The staff were friendly. I liked the amount of variety available in tea. Went on a Wednesday evening, hence, could find a parking spot nearby. The place was not that crowded and has ample of space to sit. The snacks were good but not a fan of the chai. The bhelpuri and Samosa Chaat werd very similar in taste.

The employee was pleasant and environment was clean, but the quality of the product was horrible. My chai was very watered down, had a gritty texture, and was completely lacking the milk. Tried to drink it, but the flavor and texture were so bad, I just couldn't. I would have returned it, but by the time my son got to the car, they were closing up. Within an hour, it had completely separated which made my stomach turn and so I threw it away. Absolute waste of time and money. Thankfully I didn't order a bigger size.

Update in Oct-2025: What happened, Chiya Chai? Did you forget how to make decent food, or feel the pressure to Americanize the cuisine and the result is whatever you're trying to pass off as pani puri, aloo gobhi, etc.? The curries were far too salty and the pani puri? I'll let the pictures speak. Downgrading to 2 stars. The chai is still decent. Original review: The food is great but the service becomes sluggish when you're in a party of more than four people and dine in the back. We were 12 people and it took close to 1.5 hours for our entrees to be served. We'd ordered only drinks and entrees. The chai is terribly inconsistent in quality. I usually have the Mumbai cutting and sometimes it's perfectly balanced with milk and spices, and at other times, it feels like hot water with crumbs of spice floating in it. On the plus side, try their aloo gobhi, garlic parantha and dumplings (momos). They are pretty freakin' good. -1 star for the service and -1 for serving terrible chai.
