“Excelente servicio, muy rica la comida y a muy buen precio”

“The best quesabirria in the city. What started out as a locally owned, family run food truck has grown into its first location in the new food hall in the Old Post Office downtown. Perfectly tender and savory meat stewed in a savory chili broth prepared on the flattop to add a little crunch to the tortilla with a generous portion of cheese for the cream to hell cut the richness, it is truly my favorite treat in the city. In addition to that, they also offer delicious and daily/freshly prepared tacos, flautas, Durango style burritos, guacamole, salsa, in house fried chips, and rice and beans. Their lunch special of your choice of 2 tacos, rice & beans, and your choice of a cup of fresh cut fruit or a drink is unbeatable as an option for $16. All that said, do not miss out on their birria as once it is gone for the day, it’s gone - they also offer it over curly fries or in a ramen format as well for the bulk of the time in Chicago when a hot, brothy soup is all that can warm you up. The management team did an amazing job with the space in general as too. It is located right on the river with great outdoor seating options as well. They exclusively feature locally owned and operated vendors which is a really nice element as well, so definitely work your way down here for lunch as you return to the office and are re-exploring your favorite lunch escapes from the office or just are on your way to or from Union Station, in town visiting, etc. while in the area.”

“Dined in at the Old Post Office, great space to eat. I had Chicken Flautas and a Birria queso empanada. Flautas were a little dry but still had a good taste. Each sauce cup is so delicious, along with the toppings, all really elevated the Flautas. The empanada was juicy and tasted amazing.”

“Pretty tasteless tacos. Extremely dry, even the sauces atop couldn’t save them. I ordered 3 chicken tacos and they were not that good. The chicken on the tacos tasted boiled, just not a good taco. Wasted $21 bucks on lunch here. The cilantro rice was my only enjoyment. Good customer service, not good tacos.”

“Empanadas and tacos are great. Bowls are almost repulsive unfortunately.”

“The food flavor, quality, and customer service were excellent. We had Birria Ramen, Quesabirria, Chicken & Beef Empanadas, Refried Beans, Rice, and Guacamole with Chips. Stop by soon you will not have any regrets. I love Flo’s Kitchen and Chef Flo is amazing.”
“Best quesabirrias around! So much flavor, it's got a kick to it, but in case you wanted more spice it comes with two other hot sauces (green and red). Juicy, flavorful and served hot to order!”
