We love this place! The ice cream and paletas are always excellent. I have tried the milk-based Oreo paletas and the water-based strawberry-kiwi one. The cookies and cream scooped ice cream is really good as well. You can get elotes and walking tacos and other various snacks too. We would highly recommend this place.

Two police officers walked in here late at night. I asked if I could pay for their order and they said the store never charges them!!! This shows you what type of place this is AND it makes the best pistachio ice cream I've ever had in my life. This is the best kind of late night dessert spot with great people working here.

Great new find in our Rogers Park hood. Fresh, delicious flavors and some types that you won't find at a regular ice cream shop. They've got a ton of the pre-made pop flavors and the scoops we got in our cups were enormous. I had caramel and strawberry and the kiddo had vanilla and cookies-n-cream.

Immigration continues to benefit this country in so many ways, even foods we consider US staples are being perfected by communities of new Chicagoans bringing their unique skills from abroad. Before we had paleterias in Chicago we were limited to a few boring flavors in chains like Baskin Robbins. In my opinion, the best ice cream in Chicago is found at paleterias and Paleteria Las Delicias de la Michoacán is the best in Rogers Park. There are endless unique flavors to choose from here, all of the ice cream is made fresh onsite and every flavor I have tried is delicious! You cannot beat the quality and variety of flavors that Paleteria Las Delicias de la Michocana offers.

Great food and snacks! 😋 😋 Next time me and the family have a beach day we're definitely stopping by again. Most definitely to get a torta de "pierna" I think they called it, soooo good, almost like a torta de tinga 😋 Highly recommend!!
