We had a convention in Chicago and stumbled across NO VACANCY. The night before a group of us had gone to a famous pizza place and had a poor experience with the bar, cleanliness of the bathroom, other things. When we walked in and were greeted by Kostis we instantly knew we had a different experience headed our way. He and his team were professional, offered recommendations, which we took and we were delighted. Unfortunately good service is hard to find. This is not the case with Kostis and the team there.

The **NV Burger** with an egg was an absolute standout—cooked to a perfect medium, with the patty juicy and flavorful, and the egg adding a rich, indulgent touch. Every bite was a delightful mix of savory goodness that truly satisfied. The **curly fries** were insanely good—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and seriously addictive. We loved them so much that we couldn't help but order a second basket at **11 PM**—hands down, some of the **best fries I've ever had in Chicago**. The **grilled chicken** was equally impressive—tender, moist, and packed with a deliciously smoky flavor. But what truly made the night memorable was **Kostas, the bartender**. He was an absolute **sweetheart**—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had a great experience. His warm hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel right at home. **No Vacancy** truly delivers on quality food, great vibes, and top-notch service. We can’t wait to come back for more!

Overall, No Vacancy was good. The drinks were excellent, including their IPA beer selections, along with their choice sauce wings, served with excellence and perfection. I recommend coming for the good vibe as well as watching sports games.

Great food! The grouper sandwich was perfectly seasoned and flavorful. The chicken strips were more like patties and so crispy! Definitely worth a side order of them! All the drinks were very nice including the sangria’s. And I don’t like sangria. The Mixed Feelings drink was perfect! Buffalo eggrolls were a bit over flavored with buffalo but the birria eggrolls made up for it! The sliders were the most tender steak ive ever had. A bit on the higher end price wise but this is Chicago and is expected.

I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon for a bite to eat and a cocktail. The chicken tenders were absolutely amazing, best I've ever had! The Old and Fashionable cocktail was also good, a bit on the strong side. Great service, other people at the bar watching the game, nice vibe overall.

solid new place - burger and chicken sandwich were great. Brussels sprouts okay. Lamb egg rolls were like lamb tacos just with a different wrapping - okay. Wasn’t too busy on a weeknight, had a few open tables around. Chill vibe. Would come here again.
