Was craving paneer tikka and stumbled upon this place. The paneer was terrible. Not fresh, rubbery and zero flavor.
I would give zero star for service. Very rude staff.
EDIT: Got a generic response to my original review with constructive feedback. Seems like they sold out, too bad.

Omg! Sooo good! The food is seriously amazing and fast! The naan bread is salty and I loved that. Love the free sauce options that they give you. The samosas were cooked perfectly and were my favorite park. Highly recommend!

Great spot in the Loop for quick Indian food! Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. You can select from an assortment of mains served in either a bowl with rice, as a salad, or in a naan as a wrap. Lots of fun toppings like beets, pickled radishes, toasted chickpeas, chopped figs, pickled onions, and many other items. I had a mixed vegetable and Chana masala bowl over white rice and opted for the mint chutney. Next time I’ll make sure to ask for hot sauce but it was tasty and very filling. Great for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters.

Our favourite lunch bowl. Their flavours are on point. Definitely a must try fusion Indian bowl when in Chicago. Their service is great, fast and friendly. The naan is complementary with a bowl.

Finally!!! I have waited for almost two years for this place to reopen. The taste is exactly the same which is amazing. I took a Chickpea bowl with rice and chutney and curries, I do miss croutons though but they have different indian snacks to add on which is also great. still expect if in future Naan can be eggless, but overall its great, now that its open would be coming more often.

Delicious, delectable, delightfully titillating tastebuds!!! Lamb, white rice, Madras/Korma, mixed veg toppings and finally minty cilantro chutney and... Lamb, quinoa, Vindaloo/Korma, mixed veg toppings and minty cilantro chutney! Both served with a 7" naan bread and chai... What a delightfully tasting meal. Filling, invigorating and inspiring with all symphony of flavors going on. The service is friendly and the decor/utensils quite creatively simple. Tends to focus the senses on the tastebuds, and they're having a ball! Definitely the place for a quick, but high flavor meal. I signed up for rewards, because I will be earning them in the future. Thank you Naansense, for a no-nonsense approach to good food!

My co-workers and I love stopping by here for lunch. We describe it as "Chipotle for Indian food." Common dietary restrictions are listed easily to see on their menu, and the staff is fast and friendly. I would recommend letting them know if you're getting fries at first, since that takes a tad bit longer.
