“Got the summer special and was not disappointed- I wish I remembered the exact flavors but it was so creamy and perfect on a summer like evening. Staff was nice, wait time was short. Honestly can’t wait to go back and try more flavors- they looked so good!”

The line was long and the place was packed with Trainers, but the staff kept the experience moving smoothly with friendly attitudes and plenty of sample opportunities. Their hospitality stats were easily maxed out. I chose Goat Cheese with Cherries and Gooey Butter Cake, and both flavors hit like fully evolved Ice-types. The goat cheese and cherries delivered a unique sweet-and-tangy combo attack, while the Gooey Butter Cake brought enough rich flavor to feel like a finishing move. The portions were generous enough that a waffle bowl felt almost unnecessary, as the ice cream itself already packed Champion-level richness. Jeni’s succeeds by turning ice cream into an experience rather than just a dessert stop. Whether you’re a Trainer hunting rare flavor combinations or simply trying to cure a Sweet Tooth status condition, this place is absolutely worth the encounter.”

One of the best parts is being able to sample different flavors before deciding, which makes the experience even more fun. The service is always amazing, and the staff do a great job keeping things moving even when the line gets long. Despite how popular it gets, the wait usually goes by pretty quickly. The ice cream itself is excellent, sweet without being overpowering, and they always have a great selection of unique flavors to choose from. Overall, it is a spot I would highly recommend to anyone looking for really good ice cream in the city.”
“Can’t go wrong with Gooey Butter Cake. Came here after loosing a really close Kickball game and this sweet treat really lifted our spirits. Nothing like a scoop of delectable ice cream to warm the soul. I will say the prices are a bit high, but it’s good quality product. Would come back.”
