Golden Nugget Pancake House
Golden Nugget Pancake House is a spotless, classic diner where regulars return for fresh, affordable breakfasts, especially the “insane” stuffed pancakes and real orange juice. Its extensive 17-page menu, friendly “honey”-style service, and welcoming atmosphere suit solo treats or casual groups, though service can be slow or inconsistent when regular staff are absent, and some diners object to the credit-card fee.

verbatim, from Google
“Stopped by for a quick bite, and it clearly serves as a popular hub for the local community. While the name suggests a focus on breakfast, the menu is surprisingly extensive, featuring a large selection of Mexican dishes that seemed to be the primary draw for the dinner crowd. I opted for the chicken rice soup; it was perfectly fine for a light meal but didn't particularly stand out. It’s a reliable neighborhood spot if you're looking for variety, though the experience was fairly standard.”
“The regular server/waitress wasn't there. Service was very slow and it wasn't even that busy.”
“10/10, recommend unreservedly. On vacation, we never eat at the same place twice. We ate breakfast here and loved it so much we came back. Hear me: the stuffed pancakes are INSANE and the orange juice is the real thing. Too often diners are kinda sticky, have wobbly tables, a bit ick. The Nugget is scrupulously clean, it's got a 17-page menu, the waitress calls you "honey" — this place is legit. Sit in Arlene's section if you can.”
“Food was fresh, hot & cooked the way I like it. Was very clean & all the waitress are very friendly”
“Nice to be able to eat at a restaurant with good food and decent prices. Don't forget to get your nice, Ice cold water.”
“Place was great, pancakes were just a little thicker than I expected.”
“This is one of our go to favorite diners.... always good quality food and great service!!”
“Im going to come here weekly as a treat for myself. The food came quickly and was scrumptious. I have a feeling it was already cooked and then plated up cause it was only lukewarm, not hot( breakfast). But it was good for the price. Maybe next time I'll try a burger and see if it takes longer. The server was nice as well.”
