Ordered via DoorDash just to find my food completely open. Why can’t you secure your food. I threw the order away.
Unfortunately this location has gone down hill. I placed an order online, and received the wrong order.
It’s a shame because the service was decent and the atmosphere is great but in general the food was terrible and for the price?

Excellent food, really nice staff, and an overall inviting environment! Kudos to Egg Harbor Cafe for putting customers over profit by choosing to set up space for children to play when they could’ve filled that space with additional seating.

I love this egg habour and have been a repeat customer now. The range of customizable egg dishes are terrific and on days where I want to be healthier and lighter I can swap out all the carbs for sauteed veggies and have veggies in my omlette it's so fabulous! This is now my favorite brunch place!

I'm gluten free and they have a whole gluten free menu!! It was so nice! They have plenty of options for all picky eaters. The food was delicious and the customer service was lovely. Just a great breakfast/brunch/lunch spot. Great price too! I'd definitely come back!

Debbie was awesome! Super knowledgeable about the menu, manning the floor while training servers how to make drinks and such, and so kind. Food was awesome! Will be back fs. I got Matt’s meaty skillet and even a few hours after breakfast i can’t wait to eat the leftovers.

The food here was AMAZING! Great gluten free options that don’t taste gluten free! Wonderful server and great location if you’re in the downtown area. I will always pick this restaurant if I’m downtown!

“This is the best Egg Harbor I’ve been too.”
This is the best Egg Harbor I’ve been too. It’s great for families with little kids because it has a play area. My daughter absolutely loves it and it’s a nice place for parents to relax with a coffee while their children play.

My go-to place to have breakfast when in Chicago! The options are varied, the food is delicious and the portions are generous. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Recommendation: It would be cool to have some smaller pancake portions available, or maybe have them as add-ons to other meals. I often want to try them, but as a post-meal treat. Something like a protein pancakes option would also be interesting!

We had a wonderful brunch experience at Egg Harbor on Wells. We were surprised by the amount of gluten free options. Even a GF cinnamon roll from a local bakery! The GF pancakes were great, too.

“Great discovery in Chicago.”
Great discovery in Chicago. Very busy place but after tasting the food, makes sense! We had the Meaty skillet and the traditional breakfast and they were amazing. Our server Debbie was the best, lovely and funny. Will 100% recommend and go back!
