“Very great indeed. Come and see by yourself. You will find all that you want for your house. Check the pictures and the great deals are waiting for you at Cermack Fresh Market. There are even small restaurants inside to place order for take away which are nice and delicious foods coming from Mexican specialties.”
“Customer service comes first. I have always received good service at the meat shop; their meat is fresh and the staff is usually very kind. Unfortunately, customers often only leave reviews when we feel offended, but it is clear that having a strong team matters greatly—just as one person who does not provide proper customer service can significantly affect the overall experience. I recommend that Cermak establish clear procedures to avoid losing customers in the future. The gentleman who assisted me said his name was Gilberto (although someone called him René). I truly regret having to express this, but due to the poor treatment I received, I feel it is important to speak up so this situation does not happen again.”
