Bai Bordo is a Central Asian gem. Their lamb shank soup is absolutely incredible—I’ve never had a soup like this before. The staff are super kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is amazing; I learned that the wall motifs are handmade, and they’re truly works of art. Highly recommended!

A charming central Asian spot with friendly & no-frills service. We tried the boso lagman, lamb shank soup, and a beef samsa. The lagman was especially comforting with chewy noodles and a rich tomato-forward sauce. The lamb shank soup was hearty and aromatic with a lovely lamb-and-dill flavor - a perfect cold-weather comfort food. The samsa leaned a bit doughy and could’ve been crisper, but it was still tasty. Overall one of the stronger Central Asian spots we’ve tried in the city.

Today, I had the pleasure of trying the Kojomkul Lamb Soup and Manty, and I must say, both dishes were simply outstanding! The lamb soup was rich in flavor, with tender pieces of lamb that melted in the mouth, perfectly complemented by aromatic herbs and spices. The Manty was equally impressive, with its juicy filling wrapped in a delicate dough that was steamed to perfection. The attentive and friendly service added to the exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend Bai Ordo cafe for anyone looking to indulge in authentic, delicious cuisine in a cozy setting. A must-visit!
