“Their sport peppers had an excellent heat and sour that complimented the salty / fatty dog and rest of the “garden it dragged through””

Pretty good for a place next to the stadium and deep in chicago. 10 bucks cash only. Not many old school places like it around. Get it before they tear it down and replace it with a soulless corporate chain. Need for fries.

“One of these best dogs in the entire city, definitely get the double dog with everything.”
One of these best dogs in the entire city, definitely get the double dog with everything. The sport peppers are the best I’ve ever had. Very friendly and quick service even when the line is out the door. Polish sausage was solid too. Have yet to try but everyone raves about their burgers. Next Sox game I’m grabbing two! Just a heads up too, cash only

It has been a long while (over 15 or so months) since I craved for a Chicago-style dog and twice fried fries, but has the hot dog gotten 20-30% smaller?? SMH Nonetheless, as stated in many Chicago “best of” lists, this place delivers. Their sport peppers had an excellent heat and sour that complimented the salty / fatty dog and rest of the “garden it dragged through”. The fries was really good too, I like them twice fried. And they package it like Gene & Judes with the fries wrapped with the dog. Closed on Sunday’s unless Sox play that day. Go SOX!!! Side Note: They have RHR burgers in that special sauce. These are excellent burgers (see my Red Hot Ranch review ftom over 2 years ago)

“We stopped in before a White Sox game.”
We stopped in before a White Sox game. The service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed all of what we ordered(hamburgers, pound of fried shrimp Chicago dog, polish, and fries). The shrimp was definitely a stand-out! It was fried to perfection, not greasy, and ready-to-eat with no tails. And for $20 a pound, it was worth every penny because it fed three adults. I would definitely come back again. The only ding is for the stools inside that needed new cushions and the picnic table out on the sidewalk that was so crooked, it was almost flat on the ground on one end.

Just down the street from the White Sox, it's a great place to stop before or after a game for a hot dog, polish sausage, beef, or fried shrimp. It can get pretty busy but the food is fantastic. They also provide parking for a price on game day. We stop here and get some fried shrimp for the road after a White Sox game and they're always delicious. It's a cash only place so make sure you have some bills on you!

“Always a favorite stop on my way to watch The White Sox play at Guaranteed Rate Field.”
Always a favorite stop on my way to watch The White Sox play at Guaranteed Rate Field! The dogs are amazing and the grilled onions on the polish sausages are always made to perfection!! Chef's kiss all the way around!! Also if you can't make it a red hot ranch location you can get one of Chicago's best burgers right here!! Not a bad place to get parking on day of games too! They have an easy out option that's worth the extra greenbacks!!

“The best Chicago Polish Dog!!”
The best Chicago Polish Dog!!! It's a little hole in the wall but so good. It's across the street from the White Sox Stadium. Everyone was so nice.
