“Amazing food and amazing service.”

Amazing food and amazing service. I would recommend putting in a reservation as it does get busy at times. We celebrate our moms birthday here and they sang to her and gave her a gift bag. At specific times there are even some performances! The hand tossed noodles you get to see it being tossed and pulled in front of you, but because it is done in front of you there may be a delay but definitely worth seeing at least once. Good food and good snacks. The atmosphere was very nice and you get a semi good view of the city!

If there’s a “Haidilao spirit” award in the U.S., it should definitely go to Micheal! 🏆 This guy was next-level thoughtful — he didn’t just serve food, he basically took care of my soul and my stomach. 😆 I honestly thought only Haidilao in China could make me feel this spoiled… but nope, Micheal proved me wrong! He’s polite, caring, and pays attention to every tiny detail. 10/10 would come back just for his service (and maybe the food too 😉).

“This was my second time at Haidilao and it did NOT dissapoint.”

This was my second time at Haidilao and it did NOT dissapoint! My friend and I were sat immediately and were instanteously greeted by our server Ellie. Ellie made sure to continously check on us the three hours we were there and truly went above and beyond! The food was fresh and delivered to our table quickly. We had a great time and cannot wait to come back!

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. I didn't catch the lady's name running the food cart outside but she was an absolute angel. She let us try the tofu in sauce before we ordered and also gave us a free soup as well as we were leaving😇🙌🏻. Couldn't recommend it enough if you're in Chicago.
