When the line is going out the door on a 15 degree day, you know the coffee is good and worth the wait. I met up here with a coworker the other day and we were not disappointed. He had a military latte and I had a white mocha cold brew, and we both had the blueberry muffins, which were incredible. Great spot to hang out at and chill for a few hours, and now I know next time I’m back in the area to stop in here!

I usually throw shade at chais, but their iced chai is the only one I trust; it’s perfectly balanced (zero spicy drama). The blueberry muffin topped with cinnamon sugar is a legit glow-up. 🌟 My partner’s hot latte was also fire. Stop scrolling, start sipping. Your coffee life needs this upgrade.

I tried the military latte and it was a flavorful mix of matcha and espresso. The creamy touch of vanilla went really well with the earthy green tea. It was smooth and unique without being too strong. the space felt relaxed and had a cool vibe that made it easy to hang out. I will definitely return for that drink again.

I loved my iced vanilla oatmilk latte! Coffee was delicious and service was great. Lots of seating and very unique atmosphere. The only thing is it smells really strong of meat due to it being connected to a restaurant. The smell was a bit rough for me but ended up not taking away from the great coffee!
