“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best Thai food in Chicago, period! Busaba is totally different from other Thai in Chicago. The service is incredible, I can tell they love their job, food is the real deal. Their Pad Thai Korat is honestly the best I’ve ever had in my life, and the Naem tastes even better than what you get in Thailand! Love the open kitchen too—you can tell they’re a super tight, professional team. No wonder the food comes out amazing!"”

“I’ve tried several dishes here, but I always end up going back to the Kra Pao Thai. The flavors are bold, fresh, and taste much closer to what I’ve had in Thailand than most places around Chicago. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and consistently good food. Definitely one of my favorite Thai restaurants in the Chicago area. I happened to visit on my birthday, and the team surprised me with a complimentary mango sticky rice. Such a thoughtful gesture, and honestly, it was very, very good. Little touches like that are why I keep coming back.”

“Came to restaurant since they have good ratings across several platforms. The space is not too big but comfortable enough. Since our group occupy all the space, they close the restaurant for several hours. The staffs are very warm and friendly. They even provide us with mic and soundsystem for us to deliver speeches and singing some songs. Good place to bid farewell to colleagues (up to 25 people). My favs are their tod mun pla (fish cakes), organic fried tofu, nam tok (beef salad), soft shell crab green curry, chicken satay, chicken basil and sweet mango sticky rice. Will definitely be one of my fav Thai restaurants in Chicago.”

“The best Thai food in the area, and hands down the best I’ve ever tried. Truly authentic, well balanced dishes offered in large portions at a very reasonable price. Our waiter, Nathan, was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and patient when it came to explaining the dishes they serve. He took his time to explain different dishes, the attention to detail on the ingredients they choose and what makes the dishes unique compared to how others prepare those Thai dishes. He made our experience very enjoyable and memorable. We tried the coconut curry, pad Thai, the shrimp clay pot, the Busaba rolls and basil rolls and topped it off with fried bananas and ice cream. I cannot say enough positive things about the unique flavors. It was quite the treat to dine here as the place looks as good as the food tastes. We will surely be back soon to try the rest of the menu!”

“You would love this restaurant if you love Northeastern Thai-style foods. They have really good authentic Thai E-Saan food. I have been there many times. Take out and Dine in. Recommendend!!”

“Tried Busaba Thai Garden and loved it! I’m Thai and the flavors were actually legit. The black garlic salmon and mango sticky rice, and Todmun were so good, and the service was warm and friendly. Great experience overall.”

“Our son attends college across the street, so we’ve eaten here several times when visiting. The food is always fresh, hot, and delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. In the past, we’ve enjoyed the spring rolls, chicken satay, pad Thai, pad kee mao, and panang noodles. On our most recent visit, we tried the tom yum chicken with rice, Thai curry noodles, and pineapple chicken. You really can’t go wrong here. Highly recommend!”

“First time trying Thai and boy am I happy. I got the pad see ew with shrimp and an order of the crab puffs. I knew it was gonna be good because the place was PACKED. Definitely coming back.”
