“Great food, quick, super friendly service! Manager checked in on us twice, multiple staff members came by to see how everything was going. Crazy good service for an order at the counter, seat yourself like place. Would definitely come back again. Easy 5 minute walk from The Wade hotel, right around the corner. My daughter loved the pizza. Nice chewy, crisp crust, good sauce, can't tell you about the toppings tho, she's 7 ... But there was lots of cheese. 😂. Italian Beefs were super flavorful. They have 4 levels of dip, I chose 3 (dunked, I believe), and I like mine wet, not falling apart...I would go 4 (baptized 😇) next time, but it was still a great sandwich!”
“Love buona, but this is my 2nd time ordering and not getting my beef baptized. Now you can order it dipped(Chicago style). Maybe the cook isn’t from Chicago and doesn’t understand that we like our beef’s soggy. My sandwich was hard and dry. Unfortunately, this is the only location in the city. Guess I won’t be eating it anymore unless I’m in the burbs.”
