I got the la Mexicana omelette with hashbrowns and caramel apple pie pancakes. To drink I had an iced mocha. Everything was delicious and filling. My friend got the berry feast crepes and they said it was delicious

I have gone to Sweet Café a few times since they opened not that long ago, and every time the servers, hosts, and staff as a whole are all so kind and attentive. The atmosphere is great too! The food is also incredible, it is never super greasy and everything I have tried is amazing including the breakfast sandwich and the cinnamon icing french toast. Also, the iced lattes are very sweet and delicious. Favorite breakfast spot!

Amazing service! Vicky is outstanding and the service is impeccable. It was my first time here and I would definitely come again. The cappuccino 10/10 The Greek omelette with the feta cheese (will have it again). Crème brûlée French toast has the right amount of sweetness.

This food has been the BEST breakfast food I've ever had. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and buttery, the bone off ham was juicy not dry and the hash browns were perfectly made, not dry, not wet, didn't taste like potato roots they were good to eat. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY COME BACK. Did I mention the fruit crepes, OMGoodness!!! "Come and get you some SWEET CAFE!"

I’ve been coming here for the past couple months. This has the best atmosphere and everyone is always accepted. The servers are thoughtful and welcoming. The owner of the establishment, Peter, always has a smile on his face and takes time to say hello to the people entering the building. The food is always top tier and lives up to the standards written on the menu. The deserts are always fresh and a perfect balance of sweetness. If you are hungry and looking for a place after a long night, this is the perfect place to come. I highly recommend the carrot cake and the coffees!!!

My husband and I are visiting Chicago, we are from Georgia, and this place will be somewhere we will have to come to next time we are in Chicago. The service was amazing and very quick. Mr.Peter and all his staff are phenomenal. I got the creme brulee french toast and caramel cappuccino, and the coffee was so good that I just had to order two!

This breakfast spot is a great example of a high-quality establishment that still offers good amounts of food for a fair price. Sweet Cafe satisfied my need for a classic breakfast without trying to be too gourmet with the dishes. Although none of the dishes I tried stood out as unique, they were all excellent in flavor and presentation. There is only so much one can do with breakfast food, but the best anyone can do is make the highest quality breakfast food around, and Sweet Cafe does exactly this. The staff was quick and attentive. The location is fantastic because one wouldn't struggle to drive up to this restaurant. They even offer valet parking for those who might need extra assistance to avoid the walk to the door. The atmosphere is very bright and illuminated because of the natural lighting. The food might be slightly more on the pricey side, but they do not skimp on the portions. I got to try the berry pancakes (delicious and fresh), the pork adobo chilaquiles (good but I want more of a spice kick from the dish), the bacon (thick cut and crispy; too rich for my palate), and cold brew (refreshing and bold with flavor!). My sibling had the eggs benedict, they were good as well. Sweet Cafe is the type of place that I would like to bring people to. Give them a try, you'll probably enjoy your experience as much as I did.

It was a wonderful experience as for a first time visit. This place, guys, is outstanding. It was busy but we didn’t wait more then 5 minutes to be seated. Everybody from the staff was so kind and welcoming. Our server Ashlee was so attentive and calmly answering our questions. Ask for her when you decide to visit this awesome place! Everything we have ordered was super delicious and freshly prepared! Highly recommend!!!⭐️

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place was so outstanding that I felt I had to! Going out to eat with an 18 month old is no small feat. This place catered to small kids (and their parents) SO phenomenally well. Our daughter’s food was brought out first and SO quickly. They gave all of the small kiddos a balloon and coloring sheet with markers to help keep them busy. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable and we left feeling so well taken care of. The restaurant was clean and bright. I seriously cannot say enough good things about it. We’ll be back FOR SURE.
