“We stopped by for breakfast and had an overall good experience. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the staff was friendly. One thing that stood out was that it was very smoky inside, which made it a little difficult to breathe at times. It may have just been an issue with the ventilation that day, but it was the only real downside to our visit. We ordered the Carnitas Skillet, and the portion size was excellent—definitely enough to leave you full. The carnitas had a sweeter flavor than we expected, which wasn’t bad, just a little different from the traditional savory taste. Overall, the food was good and well-prepared. The menu isn’t huge, so if you’re looking for a lot of breakfast options, you may find it somewhat limited. Prices are also a little on the higher side for what you receive. That said, it’s still a solid breakfast spot with generous portions, and we’d be willing to give it another try. Hopefully the smoky atmosphere was just a one-time issue.”

“The best breakfast spot in the area! The food is absolutely delicious, the portions are generous, the service is outstanding, and you’ll leave feeling full for hours. I highly recommend it to everyone: from breakfast all the way through dinner!”

“Love love love this place. The steak skillet is always on point. Tender juicy steak, potatoes, pico, gorgonzola, and eggs however you want em. I get mine scrambled with Rye toast. I also try out their French toast specials with my favorite being the blackberry kiwi. I know it sounds unusual, but it's delicious and filled with kiwi and blackberry jam and marscapone. Just look at this pic. The coffee is good too and they are very reasonably priced. There is metered street parking and I've never had a problem getting a spot nearby if not in front of the place. Staff are also very friendly and food comes out fast and hot. I highly recommend.”

“Really cute place! The food was hot & fresh and the atmosphere was laid back. I really liked their spin on breakfast potatoes!”

“Very flavorful can't go wrong with the skirt steak skillet”

“We stopped after a soccer game. Group of 11 including kids. Food was amazing. Stuff and atmosphere was great. Is a place to keep on going. The menu looks very good and everyone was happy with their food”

“Hands down the best breakfast food I’ve ever had. The flavors were diverse and the whole dish felt intentional. The proportions were reasonable and very filling. Henry was an excellent server. He was personable, attentive, and made sure I was taken care of. I was seated, greeted, and with food very quickly. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“Felt great being able to eat indoors in Chicago again, so of course we had to hit up one of our fav brunch spots. We had the Chorizo Skillet and Bread Pudding French Toast, which were AMAZING as always. If you haven’t checked them out yet, you’re missing out! They have 2 locations, their OG location on Bryn Mawr and Kimball, or their newest location on Belmont and Kilbourn.”
