“My personal favorite is Alba shampoo and conditioner bc it works excellent and smells amazing”
I like the variety of foods. Good atmosphere. Good service.
Used the catering service and initially my order had a missing item for Christmas.
Chrissy at the Amazon Pickup Service center was very helpful with my packages and product info when I visited the N.
Solid spot. It's pricey, but hey its Whole Foods, right. Customer service is great too.
I travel around the city a fair bit and stop into just about all the Whole Foods stores in and around Chicago.
The bakery continues to be horrible.
The meat and fruit managers know their stuff. This review does not include them. I’m really disappointed in Amazon.

“I love WF when they have sales plus Amazon prime.”
I love WF when they have sales plus Amazon prime. Food quality is great and so are the shampoo and conditioner choices. My personal favorite is Alba shampoo and conditioner bc it works excellent and smells amazing. What’s good for our health is here and I appreciate the products. This location has hassle free and free parking. And you take an elevator to the store. It’s clean and well organized. The meat and fish and deli and bakery all are great. I feel better eating here. Plus free WiFi. And seating for the safe with charge stations. Plus you can do Amazon returns here. Convenient.

“Solid location with ample underground parking.”
Solid location with ample underground parking. Lower ceilings make the store feel a little bit tight, but the selection overall is very good.

“Whole Foods is my go-to store here in West Loop.”
Whole Foods is my go-to store here in West Loop. The store is clean and spacious and they have various selection of every single product. Clean and fresh produce available, sometimes things are not stocked so it can be a hit or miss. I visit Whole Foods once a week and it’s always clean compared to the other grocery stores in the neighborhood. Price is decent given the quality. Employees are friendly and helpful. Also, there is an Amazon return drop box available, so really convenient location.

Love whole foods, another location with a great hot and salad bar selection, just as expensive as all the other ones, but super delicious. Although I would love them to restock hot bar items during prime dinner time and not go on break when trays are empty.

Love love love! I'm visiting from Montreal Canada where there are no Whole Foods so this place is heaven. Got a Bulletproof Coffee and walked the aisles looking at all the amazing products they have. The best grocery store around ❤👍😁

“Whole Foods is my go-to store here in West Loop previously and so far, based from experience I must...”
Whole Foods is my go-to store here in West Loop previously and so far, based from experience I must say that it is a good grocery store. Everything is always easy as a pie. The store is clean and spacious and they have various selection of every single product. Their produce is always fresh and in a good quality that goes same as well to their seafood and meat section. The quality of their products makes them special to me although other grocery stores also have a good quality product but this location of Whole Foods is the better one for me. Prices are average and the truth is other grocery stores have lower prices. They also have sales but it is only limited to selected products. The store has a convenient location which is near to where I am staying. Staffs in here is friendly and they are very nice too. If there is anything that I want to recommend, it is definitely their produce, seafood and meat section.

“Great $5 WINE & CHILL Event from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm that happens every 3Rd Friday of the Month.”
Great $5 WINE & CHILL Event from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm that happens every 3Rd Friday of the Month. 4 wine tastings, paired with decent 2-bite and a commemorative wine glass. If you bring your own wine glass on next event, you get $1 off (Event price becomes $4). Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. It was also a nice surprise that there were wine and alcohol tastings.

“Huge location with more options.”
Huge location with more options. I'm a recent convert to Whole Foodism. But they have a problem, they don't have whole wheat bagels! Seriously! This branch is giant but I like the one on Grand Ave better. It's more homie and cozy that one.

“This review is for their new bulk ice cream mochi :D A few WFM has gotten a fridge full of variety of ice cream mochi.”
This review is for their new bulk ice cream mochi :D A few WFM has gotten a fridge full of variety of ice cream mochi. They are $2 each or 6 for $10. They are surprisingly good! Better than those in boxes. I got strawberry, mango, red bean, vanilla bean, black sesame, and matcha here. The matcha one was the worst, it didn't taste like green tea at all. Strawberry and mango are not bad - the good artificial flavor, not overly fake and sweet. There's actual red bean in the red bean one, averagely good. Vanilla bean is plain, but it's good! The best was the black sesame, very robust flavor if you like that!
