“The food was really good and the portions are big. Their koordak was very tasty. The lamb and potatoes were fried, which is different from what I’ve had before (not sure which is more authentic). We also loved the lamb skewers, they were juicy. The rice and salad were great too. It was a bit salty compared to other places, but you can ask for less salt. We tried lagman as well, but it was our least favorite. The staff is kind and the place is cozy.”

“For a few hours, my friend and I thought we were actually in Kyrgyzstan. Amazing hospitality, absolutely delicious and authentic flavors. Fav dish was the lamp soup. The portion size was way bigger than we thought and prices were very fair. Chicken breast was very well flavored and grilled and we got that with palov which is served with beef slices and carrots which we really enjoyed too! Beef Samsa was on point as well! Looking forward to coming back with a bigger group!”

“Bai Bordo is a Central Asian gem. Their lamb shank soup is absolutely incredible—I’ve never had a soup like this before. The staff are super kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The atmosphere is amazing; I learned that the wall motifs are handmade, and they’re truly works of art. Highly recommended!”
