“Scout is a go to spot in a great central location, offering delicious food, a spacious atmosphere, and plenty of TVs showing just about every sport imaginable. Whether you're meeting friends, catching a game, or grabbing a meal, it has everything you need for a fun and relaxed experience. The food is consistently great, and the beverage selection is just as impressive, with plenty of options to complement your meal. Parking can be a bit challenging at times, but that's fairly typical for the South Loop, and anyone familiar with the area knows where to find the best spots. Overall, Scout delivers great food, excellent drinks, and a lively atmosphere that keeps us coming back. I highly recommend it.”
“This place rocks!! Food is some of the best on Wells Street, service was great and they always have good sports on. Owner is a class act, super friendly and treats you like family. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a dinner with friends or to watch a game over a few beers. Prices are super reasonable as well.”
“The salads were amazing! Dressings made from scratch. The cranberry Waldorf salad is just delightful, with fresh fruit, goat cheese, berries, chicken and a vinaigrette dressing. And my husband enjoyed his chicken caesar salad. The sweet potato waffle fries were a perfect blend of crispy outside and soft inside. For those with food allergies, this place does a great job of taking care of you. Chris, the owner, knows the menu by heart and is happy to double-check everything with Jesus the chef. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure that my meal was not just safe but enjoyable. Our server, asage, was friendly and also knew the menu well to make recommendations for first-time visitors. When there was a question about the wine, she happily asked the bartenders and they came up with a simple solution. Shout out to the whole team who made the dinner experience a great date night. ... Then our party of 40 or so began upstairs, and Landi helped attend to our needs and keep our tables clear while Kehlani and McKenna took great care of our people at the bar. We felt very welcome. The atmosphere was vibrant, the music fun and uplifting, and it was a great experience for a lively Friday night. It was a beautiful evening, so the windows were wide open with fresh air coming in. One minor suggestion for improvement, if the windows are open, the heat blasts upstairs making it very warm. If there is a way to adjust , that would help. But everything else was so great nobody complained. It was a wonderful evening.”
“I really Enjoyed this restaurant and atmosphere. Not sure why it has a 4.1 star. Maybe someone went at the wrong time. Not sure. But I went for lunch. Wasn’t very crowded. Customer service from when I first walked through the door was amazing! Food is to die for! The owner was even there eating. The ambiance is simple but elegant. I even thought about my clients hosting weddings at this facility. I had the short rib grilled cheese, with tomato soup, the loaded nachos as an appetizer and an old fashioned. The food was so good and a beautiful presentation. Only issue I had was I requested a sprite and there was lipstick on the glass. Honest mistake though, waiter sincerely apologized and got me a clean glass. The old fashion was perfect. My sister got a mojito she enjoyed hers as well. I would go back multiple times! Visit!”
“I went here for an event and it was phenomenal. The food was delicious. We had those pulled pork sliders and the pizza and I loved it. The Ambiance and all the stuff were phenomenal and the hats are great. The only snapback hat I've ever bought in my life. I will definitely suggest checking this place out!! The party was an ugly sweater party and I only had a Scooby-Doo Christmas t-shirt and hat... In case you were wondering about my tire in these pictures 😂”
“Visiting from out of town. I recommend!!! Get a bunch of apps, that is what me and my friends did. The foods portions are 10/10. The energy and service is exactly what you want. Becca the server was incredible. She made our night!!! Thank you from all of us!!!!”
“We came here to watch the world cup soccer match between Iran vs. Egypt with a groups of our friends. Nice ambient and warm atmosphere. The drinks and food were amazing. We ordered Chicken parm, and Mediterranean Chicken Salad with Jumbo Shrimps instead. The only thing that I didn’t like was I added Jumbo Shrimps to my salad and they only added 3 pieces.”

“First time at this location but been to their previous location and presumed related spots. The Signature Footlong Grilled Cheese with a sling of Tomato Soup is a must have. Pictured here is their Ham, Cheese, and Sunny Side-up Egg version off of their brunch menu. Also ordered The Wolf which was not as great as I thought it would be. This spot was the official post-race party for the Chicago Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle so we had a group of seven. It felt like there was only one server for the entire area: bar, high tops, side. Did not mind the Goose Island 312 or Coors Light. FYI, a few basic items we asked to order but they did not have: Irish Coffee (no coffee), Hot Toddy (they were unsure of what it was and if ingredients were available), Michelob Ultra, Bud Light. Also, FYI, there seemed to have been no modifying or substituting items on an order (i.e. type of eggs).”
“Officially the worst most disgusting espresso martini ever. Addie was super rude and aggressive, throwing the bill on the table and all. They very much weren’t ready to be open, they do NOT have the NFL package, they don’t have a drink menu and staff are clearly not properly trained. When asked one of the servers what tequila they had he said “tequila”.”
“We went here for the first time to attend a fundraiser fan event with Tom Grossi who was raising $1mil for St. Jude's. The food was amazing. The staff did a great job accommodating the community. We can't thank them enough for everything tonight! Thank you all so much!”
