“I had an amazing time celebrating my birthday with my family here. I was so skeptical considering the mixed reviews and the website being down I thought the place was closed. Anyway I’m glad I came because I had a blast. The food and the service were great! Big thanks to Carla & Brandon our servers and the rest of the crew that sang happy birthday to me! Also, I’m not from Chicago so being that this was a vacation trip made it that more fun.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Sugar Rush Perfection! If you are looking for a dining experience that is pure fun, this is it. We went to the Sugar Factory downtown for a birthday celebration, and it completely blew us away. The energy in this place is contagious from the second you walk through the door. We started with their famous smoking goblet drinks (the Ocean Blue is a must-try!), which came out bubbling with dry ice. It is the ultimate Instagram moment and tastes incredible. For food, we got the Rainbow Sliders and a couple of burgers—everything was genuinely delicious, cooked perfectly, and the presentation was next-level. Of course, you can't leave without dessert. The Insane Milkshakes live up to their name. They are massive works of art covered in candy and cake slices. A huge shoutout to our server who was incredibly attentive, energetic, and kept the party vibes going”

“The service was good, but unfortunately the food was very mediocre. The fries were hard, the chicken tenders were a joke, and the pasta was basically just plain pasta with a lot of sauce and no real flavor. The drinks, however, were the highlight. We ordered the Hpnotiq Long Island Iced Tea and the Strawberry Cadillac, and both were really good. Sadly, several of us ended up running to the bathroom hours after eating, which is definitely not a good sign. Overall, I’d come back for drinks, but not for the food.”

“Sugar rush for sure!! Absolutely loved the fish bowl smoking drinks! Alcohol or not very special and entertaining!!! Food yummy and different! Sliders with rainbow buns and a rubber duck to boot! They even offer a 175 dollar 14k gold burger dinner. Candy laiden shakes!! Expensive but worth every penny. Reservations especially on the weekend. You will definitely waddle out!! Service was amazing!”
