“Sugar rush for sure!”

Sugar rush for sure!! Absolutely loved the fish bowl smoking drinks! Alcohol or not very special and entertaining!!! Food yummy and different! Sliders with rainbow buns and a rubber duck to boot! They even offer a 175 dollar 14k gold burger dinner. Candy laiden shakes!! Expensive but worth every penny. Reservations especially on the weekend. You will definitely waddle out!! Service was amazing!

It's just that an experience, we went early so it was not busy, the food and drink was soo good, but over priced, I mean 150 for me and a toddler is insane. Probably won't go back. It was her birthday i had to pay for the sparkler 5$ and she couldn't even get a handful of candy which was so overpriced.

Recommend going on an empty stomach. Way better than NYC's Serendipity3 😁 and the sugar is less than expected which makes the shares really good. Skip the cakes. All the menu items are tempting, so there's definitely something for everyone. Situated on the ground floor so access is easy and there's 2 candy aisles for kiddos.

Had such a good experience tonight at The Sugar Factory celebrating my daughters bday. Our server Victor was amazing and gave us solid recommendations as we deliberated what to get from their expansive menu. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and let me tell you IT WAS FANTASTIC! The portions was so generous I definitely brought some back to the hotel which is gonna make a great midnight snack! My wife got the buffalo chicken loaded fries and they were great. Daughter got the chicken and waffles and was very satisfied. My nephew got the signature burger which he was very happy with. Vibes were good, bathroom was clean, but the service was amazing.

The wife has had the the sugar factory on her bucket list for as long as I can remember, so we finally made it this week and I must admit I had a lot more then I thought I would, our waiter victor was alot of fun and truly set the vibe for a good time as soon as we were seated, the vanilla shake was amazing and yes vanilla is my favorite flavor mainly since it’s the finest of the flavors, I ordered the bacon blue cheese burger and it was tasted great and it was huge, wife ordered the chicken and waffles which is a combination I honestly just don’t understand, she also ordered this watermelon drink in a large glass that came out smoking, yes I had a great time

Such a unique experience we had here. The shakes were so much more than what a traditional shake. The amount of food given was more than expected. Taste buds were given a good work out. So glad we stopped in.

Service was great and everyone’s food turned out great. First time trying the hot Cheeto burger and it was so good! Definitely recommend. The tacos were bomb too. Drinks was good and everyone loved their dessert. Our waiter was so nice and friendly. Expect to spend some money in here and the have a gratuity of 20% automatic

Foods great! Drinks are great! Juliet was GREAT! She made my son’s 9th birthday perfect. The menu is pricey but you really get what you pay for. We felt like we were going to explode from the portion sizes. Get ready to take home left overs 😮‍💨.

“Their door hours are wrong.”

Their door hours are wrong. They do open at 11a. The manager was a delightful gentlemen. He looked very professional and busy but took the absolute honor to serve my daughter "a very big toothpick". She will never forget how generous he was. Without hesitations or passing off, he gave her a skewer with a genuine smile. Our greeter, waitress and bartender all made each one of us feel special and like real individuals, not just another tourist. Their food was made exactly as requested. And don't overlook their Bloody Mary (they have no alcohol on all beverages! )

This restaurant was visually appealing to the eye. Location, location, location! The costumer service was impeccable. The food was outstanding. Old school candy was available! I do think, however, that the food prices were high considering the type of food that Sugar Factory served so be prepared. Plus, there’s a 20% surcharge, but you are paying for the total experience. Nevertheless, we truly enjoyed ourselves! I love my new Sugar Factory cup!
