“Its so cute and cozy.”

Its so cute and cozy! There is not a lot of tables or room in the restaurant. I would say super large parties need to check ahead of time, and in my opinion this is not a place for children. They do have signs on the table that say you can have the table up to 45 min. I went during Christmas time and the decorations were so festive. I got the gingerbread oat milk latte it was so good. They also offer Splenda.

What a great place to celebrate a party of 10. Service here was really good. Food was fantastic! I highly recommend the Corned Beef Bites, surprisingly really good. The ambiance was a 10 out of 10! Will be coming back to try other dishes!

Had such a fun time celebrating the start of the holiday season here! The Canyon Burger was delicious but the mashed potatoes were the STAR of the show! All of the servers we interacted with were fantastic, they made our dinner so fun. The restaurant is very tightly sat, which was overwhelming with people constantly bumping into my chair. A few less tables would make this place much more enjoyable and less chaotic.

“We celebrated my brother's 25th birthday.”

We celebrated my brother's 25th birthday. We ordered oysters and calamari as appetizers. Each of the dish was delicious. We had RL burger, which was yummy. The service was exceptional. We got great suggestions on food and drinks. We didn't have to wait too long for the meal. The atmosphere was inviting and packed with other diners. The prices are reasonable for restaurants in the heart of Chicago downtown. I also, really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant with care to every detail inside from the paintings on wall to vase with flowers to dress code for employees everything is well thought out. I would recommend to visit RL and experience this inviting place.

Ralph Lauren Restaurant was such a wonderful experience! We mentioned that we wanted to share a burger and a salad, and they surprised us by bringing everything already split and beautifully plated. I’ve never seen such thoughtful and attentive service. The burger was absolutely delicious — perfectly charred, juicy, and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel so welcome. Truly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time!

Incredible experience! Blake is more than a Bartender. He creates an experience for everyone that comes to RL. I also have to applaud the entire staff for their warmth and hospitality. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and at home. The food is off a classic menu of options and is absolutely delicious. I look forward to coming back. RL Restaurant offers a nice dining experience with a combination of great service, expertly crafted cocktails, and delicious food. The meal started with calamari that was perfectly cooked—crispy, tender, and full of flavor. The Caesar salad followed, fresh and well-balanced, with just the right amount of dressing. For the main course, the sea bass was a standout—light, delicate, and delicious, making for a satisfying yet refined dish.
