Absolutely loved it here. Tried the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and it was next level — super crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor. The heat options are legit, and the slaw + pickles on that soft brioche bun brought it all together. Also tried the chopped chicken salad and was honestly surprised how fresh and smoky it was. Great portion too. Bonus points for the solid beer selection. Staff was friendly, the vibe was casual but clean, and everything came out fast. Definitely worth the visit if you’re into real BBQ and bold flavors.

We hit this joint on a rainy December afternoon so it was a bit slow, but the service was great! The food was unbelievably delicious...meat was tender, hush puppies were the best I'd ever had and the sauces were crazy good. We bought sauce to go! The spicy has a great hit of sweet and the sweet has amazing brown sugar flavor. Need one of these in my neighborhood!!

Had a great experience at Q BBQ. Tried plater and lil Q was big enough to share with 2 persons. Love their rib and burnt ends. Gravy was very addictive 🤤 The restaurants have variety of condiments and sink to wash your hands. Customer service was great but slow as there was only one server and he looked very busy!!

Nick took care of me today and was super knowledgeable about the entire menu. It's not my first time coming here but the customer service today was above and beyond! Food is excellent as always! I got burnt ends and sliced brisket with spicy fries and spicy Brussel sprouts! (kudos on the spicy fry rec Nick! Outstanding!) Music was nice and atmosphere Bbq-ey 😂 I ALWAYS come by and pick up a bottle of the Spicy BBQ for home use and am now sending some of the Spicy BBQ all the way to Scotland for my partner to try! Sincerely Nick, 10/10! Thank you so much! Will be coming back 😁🤩

“I used to live nearby Q for years, and man do I miss them.”

I used to live nearby Q for years, and man do I miss them! The burnt ends are delicious, the ribs & smoked wings are otherworldly, and their pulled pork and sliced brisket are amazing too. For sides, the Mexican street corn, baked beans, mac n cheese, and cornbread are all great. Prices are pretty fair considering the area, and they do catering. Definitely recommend Q for anyone in the mood for good quality barbecue!

Let me start by saying mmmmmmmm. Best brisket I've had in Chicagoland so far. The brisket sandwich was perfect, generous amount of meat the bun was good the sauce was delicious it had the perfect zing to it. I ordered Mac and cheese,mashed potatoes (could have used some more gravy). Fries were a bit greasy but good. Definitely going back. I ordered delivery and the sandwich was not soggy it was perfect. I'll dine in next time 👍

I love this place and everyone I have told agrees. The food is cooked to perfection. Everything is very tasty. I usually go with their meat special to get a bit of everything. You must try this place if you haven't already. I promise you, you will not be disappointed. Definitely my favorite bbq place.

“The pulled pork is delicious.”

The pulled pork is delicious. I also really like the Mac and cheese. The cornbread is super moist and delicious. My sons had the ribs and loved the flavor. The girl at the register is super friendly and made ordering easy. The restaurant is full of atmosphere and good music. The restaurant itself was very clean. I will definitely be coming back.

“I can't say I didn't like the food.”

I can't say I didn't like the food. First time here, customer service was very good. I don't think I got to sit down all the way and my food was already being brought out to our table. I had the pulled pork sandwich, Mac and cheese, corn bread (2 slices), and hush puppies (🤤delicious). The place is rustic and has plenty of windows. There is parking that you pay for, it's about $1/hr which is perfect. I spent about 1 and a half here. They also serve beer and hard seltzers.

Q-BBQ Oak Park hits it out of the park. Craving barbeque and can't decide which meat to order? Lucky for us they have the Papa Q available. 10 good sized portions of their smoked meats and 4 sides. Crispy Burnt Ends, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Pulled Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Smoked & Spicy Wings, Spiced Sausage, Sliced Turkey and Ribs. Sides included Bacon Mac, Spicy Brussel Sprouts, Cole Slaw and their heavenly cornbread. This platter is enough to feed a family of four with some to spare. Packaged with three different bbq sauces and pickles. Don't forget to ask for napkins and forks in case you're eating it on the patio or taking it to go. The smaller carnivore in you can choose the Lil Q... 5 meats and two sides which is also a great deal for Q!
