When I asked my mom what she thought of Peach’s, she didn’t hesitate “10/10.” She had woken up craving grits, and after a bit of research, I chose Peach’s as the spot for us during our annual mother + daughter trip. We arrived shortly after opening and only waited about five minutes, as there was a couple ahead of us placing a to-go order. Once they were finished, we were greeted warmly, and a gentleman at the bar even walked over to welcome us and show us to our seats. He was kind, friendly, and seemed genuinely excited to have us there. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Our server, Tamarra, was outstanding personable, knowledgeable about the menu, and truly happy to be helping us. We ordered the Peach’s Special: two eggs with chicken sausage, grits, and pancakes. Our food came out quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious. I also tried their peach coffee, which was unique and so good that I plan to order some online. Overall, Peach’s delivered on every level: great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. (And yes! we did ask about Obama!)

“This place is simply fabulous.”

This place is simply fabulous! The food is so delicious, I would drive from Milwaukee just to go there for breakfast. I have not ordered anything that was not fantastic. The food is seasoned and cooked to perfection! I highly recommend the duck bacon. As someone who does not eat pork, it is a fantastic substitute for pork bacon. Their turkey bacon is also very tasty, and usually don't care for turkey bacon.

“Everything was delicious!”

Everything was delicious!! My Birthday Brunch started my day off perfectly! My 🍑 ☕ was a huge step out of my comfort zone and Soo worth it. The staff was professional and enjoyable. We will be back soon.

Our party loved eating here! We got a few different things and everyone was super satisfied with what they got! The peaches coffee was also absolutely amazing!! The shrimp and grits were was also a must get!

“My food is freaking delicious!”

My food is freaking delicious!! I ordered grits with salmon croquettes. These are the best presented croquettes I have ever eaten. The creole sauce is amazing . I was a little skeptical of it at first however it is truly good. My grits had several lumps in it.. smh but they were still good. Upon entry u are greeted with friendly service. Parking is on the street. I really like this restaurant. It’s nice and cozy with warm spirits.

Very nice size restaurant with bright happy colors. The food was very good however the service was not. We sat at the bar and there were no employees assigned to the area so we waited a long time before we were served. The peaches coffee was amazing!!! I couldn’t leave there without a bag.

“I really enjoyed myself here.”

I really enjoyed myself here. The food was delicious 😋 the waitress was super nice and sweet. The atmosphere was chill and I enjoyed the vibe. I had thr peach bourbon French toast and the salmon croquettes grits. Both was good. Salmon was season well, but you would need some salt for the grits. And the French toast was weet but not to sweet. It wasn't overpowering and it was really light. My husband enjoyed it as well. It passed his level of sweetness. We went early on the morning when it first opened so it wasn't busy.

This is like the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The service is prompt and the food needs to be described with a better word than delicious…I had the hangover plate and it was like my head was gonna explode but not from a hangover but from how good it was. It was like a firework exploding inside of my brain. The have peach coffee! The peach cobbler is great.

Its my third day of my first trip in Chicago and my first restaraunt outside of downtown. It did NOT dissapoint! The food here is excellent and so is the service. The peach coffee is especially delicious and I really like their peach palmer. I tried both the french toast and pancake with their signature peach compote, their fried catfish fillet, eggs and grits. Everything was good.

“I had a wonderful experience!!”

I had a wonderful experience!!! I ordered online for pickup. Martrillis was the first Peach’s team member I encountered. He greeted me, found my order, and went to follow up on my order. I appreciated that he was welcoming, stayed on task, and very professional. While I was waiting, Kori appeared. I guess I should have sat down lol. Nonetheless, she was helpful, very knowledgeable about the menu items, and professional. They both work very well together. I order was 15 minutes in advance and only has to wait about 12 min in the restaurant. I checked my order before I left and everything was there. The place is very clean and well organized. Having the hot cobbler sign up front is very enticing! I didn’t get it this time because I was using the 7up pancakes with lemon cream cheese as my something sweet. My main dish was the Fresh Prince omelette with home fries, side French toast, and peach bourbon compote. I was too hungry to take pictures of the food. I truly enjoyed everything!!! It was my first time here, and I am definitely going back for the peach cobbler.
