He entertained us and took care of us every single moment. Great patience and amazing customer service, I’d recommend this place to any Chicagoan or tourist. Hands down , gotta be here to experience it! S/o to Ciera especially! She literally has the most patience in the world and she will always treat you with a smile, that’s all you want. “Well, I only went in for a drink. Met with a family member and left after a short while. The staff was great. The door people were friendly the bartender was great. I did go on a week night so there was definitely room, to sit and hear people speak (my hearing is a bit impaired from working so many years in an industry of loud music). Anyway, I know the place is a staple in the area and does get crowded. It's been a happening spot in the area for years.”
