Prices are reasonable and affordable. Service is friendly and timely. My spouse and I are on the patio which was great for a bit of ppl watching. He ordered fish and chips which he liked and was a big portion for the price. I ate the Parmesan chicken was tasty enough but a big portion which I took home☑️we walked instead of driving so I cannot speak to the parking. But we would def come here again.

“This place is awesome.”

This place is awesome! Beer selection is pretty good! Service was friendly. We got the Duck Fat fries with the dipping sauces, which we're really really good- I mixed the garlic and pesto! Parmesan Crusted chicken in the butter sauce was delightful! Also got the BBQ Combo platter, the smoked meats were good, but kind of hoped the sauce was on the side because it was spicier than we had expected. We wanted to try the desserts, but we're too full. They offer so much on their menu and can't wait to come back to try other things.

“This place is great.”

This place is great! I've heard a lot about the duck fat fries and was not disappointed. They were crisped to perfection, and plenty of duck fat flavoring. I had their massive 1/2 lb burger which came with duck fat fries. They did not skimp on ingredients. The burger was delicious - it was a little less than $20 but it is really like 2 meals as I could barely finish half of it with the fries haha. My fiancée had the pot roast sliders which were good too (stole some from her of course). We sat in their patio area which is sort of like a tent - I'm not a huge fan of dark bar areas, so this was refreshing! They do have a bar environment too if you prefer that. The prices were fair, service was speedy and friendly, and best of all the food was delicious! Will definitely come back.

Dined in for a business lunch. Enjoyed a hearty wedge salad plus FatDuck's famous fries with a variety of dipping sauces. All great quality! Friendly and fast service during a moderately busy time of day at this Forest Park gem.

My husband and I were by Madison street hoping around and stabled across the day duck. We stopped for a drink but after viewing the menu we decided to stay and eat. We had the pulled pork and sliced brisket sampler and upgraded to truffle fries it also came with coleslaw which didn’t taste like your traditional slaw I wasn’t crazy about it but the food was great the brisket was to die for. I would definitely come back and try the brisket sandwich. We also ordered the Hawaiian pizza which was very very good!

Duck Fat fries. The best kind of fries you can have. At FatDuck they come with 3 sauces as well: roasted garlic aioli, Mexican pesto and chipotle ketchup. Can’t go wrong with the in-house smoked meat. The brisket platter is piled high. If you don’t want your brisket slices sauced, be sure to ask for it on the side. Smoked wings were delicious. We were there on a Sunday and they had $5 Bloody Mary’s all day. Yes please. If I didn’t have to travel so much, this could be my Sunday routine!

This review is from November 29, 2020 but I have been back a few times after and my rating for FatDuck has not changed. It is a great local establishment that offers a variety of drinks and delicious food. It is a good place to watch any games too. They have a great “outdoor” seating option. I put “outdoor” because they did a good job making you still feel inside on their patio which is very warm. I recommend to try their burgers and duck fat fries.

This was a cute date spot for sure, TVs for the guys to be entertained and wine for the girls to be entertained. The food was pretty heavy, so be prepared to get full from all of the fat and flavor! Sharing the duck fat confit sandwich is a must since it’s so flavorful. The fish and chips were okay, wish the fish was crispier. But overall not a bad spot.
