Erica and her trainee were amazing with their customer service, I wish I asked for the guys name :( but both were very welcoming and made sure everything was perfect! This was our second time here and each time the food was beyond our expectations🤩

This place is amazing! Their Gluten Free waffle selection is better than i’ve ever seen. They were moist, delicious, and didn’t fall apart! Waitress was lovely and super helpful! Will definitely be returning :)

Absolutely good food, and friendly service! My daughters and I have never been, until today. If you are hungry for some pancakes, eggs, bacon, or even sweets. Portion sizes are perfect. Chicago Waffle's West Loop will take care of you.

Verica was our server and she was amazing. She came and checked up on us regularly. It’s like she knew when we needed her. The food was great and also she makes drinks and honestly they taste great. We had a great time. This is a spot for a good vibe. Thank you verica for the experience.

Delicious breakfast. Although I didn’t enjoy a cocktail with my breakfast, it was tempting! Super friendly and attentive service. Probably the best lemony water I’ve ever had at a restaurant! It tasted so good! Definitely on the pricey side, but given how expensive groceries are, it’s not really their fault! Try the pork Chilaquiles- delicious & that dish alone was enough for two people!

Our girl group came here TWICE while we were in town and you have to ask for ERICA!! ❤️👏🏻 she is the absolute sweetest and hands down the best service but the food is also unbeatable!! Every single time we are back in Chicago we WILL be visiting !!

Coming from out of town and this was our first stop and let me tell you the vibe was everything! The waffles were amazing we got the waffle Flight and each one was delicious! We also tried the chilaquiles and they were so good with the steak! Cooked to perfection! The salsa matcha was a plus to add that kick! Erika was amazing 🤩 answered all our questions and made the experience even more incredible!

Had such a great brunch at Chicago Waffles. The staff was amazing and so friendly. We got the Fiesta Avo Toast, Mediterranean Shakshuka, Fresh Garden Skillet, Casa Chilaquiles, Dubai Chocolate Crepes, Waffle Flight, and Pancakes. Everything was really good. My favorites were the Chilaquiles, the Skillet, the Avocado Toast, and the Waffle Flight. The chocolate one was especially good. There are a few locations around the city and it’s such a great spot for brunch. Definitely recommend.

Waffles is the best! We had the sweetest waitress Amarri and delicious food. The atmosphere is fun and cozy. Highly recommend for a brunch in the west loop.

The place was packed and that just tells you how good it is Erika took care of us and was so amazing fast the place its very neat and the food 10/10 soooo good we had the chicago waffles and skirt steak with eggs and a side of that chimichurri
