My brother and I got to check out BB and I will say it was a very different kind of restaurant in a good way. The food quality was really good and you could tell how passionate they are about the food. The Service was pretty good. Kind of had that old 60’s diner feel. And the atmosphere was pleasant and the vibe really was open and welcoming. Do yourself a favor and give Boulevard Bistro and you won’t be disappointed!

We stopped into this place for brunch while waiting for our kids to finish a scout program in the area. What a pleasant part of our day. It ended up being we got seated right away. It was casual and comfortable. The wait staff was fantastic. The ambiance was charming and the food was fresh and delicious. I had an old time favorite of mine, a Monte Cristo. I think it was spelled wrong on the menu though. Made me wish I lived in the local area as I would make this a regular spot.

My partner and I shared the steak skillet together. It’s about normal size. We ordered it with the pancakes and some juices. It all came out to about $30 something dollars. The pancakes were actually really good! We finished the whole plate. The steak skillet was also amazing. The steak was seasoned perfectly. The potatoes were crispy and soft. Will definitely be coming here more often as one of our new breakfast spot.

I’ve been here twice and even though the place was busy, I did not have to wait long for seating. I tried the waffle flight - it was delicious! The bacon was perfect and the coffee special, caramel apple latte was on point! I liked it so much, I returned the next morning and had their crepes, which were also delicious! I’ve lived in Chicago all my life and have rarely been to a place that I’ve enjoyed so much. I’m not usually in the neighborhood, but I will definitely find reasons to return!
