“SO glad I heeded the advice of various Internet Citizens and went here to sample truly delicious Tavern Style Chicago Pizza and Vibe. Sat at the bar, the servers were AWESOME, the drinks and the pizza were divine. I'll be coming back whenever possible. This is a place that reminds me of my youth - crammed with locals, totally casual, no stress in evidence anywhere. Just contented locals eating, drinking, watching the games. Remember: Ca$h only! I forgot, and they got no ATM. So I walked the 6 minutes north to "The best ATM ever" to fill my wallet and waltz back in time to finish my cocktail and dive into a PBR and 'za. Totally OK with me!”

“10/10 recommend! The pizza is out of this world! Thin crust, crispy, and very flavorful”

“The rumors are true, this is the best tavern style pizza you will find. Operating out of the same location for 105 years, this place makes a pizza crust that is impossibly thin, crunchy, and airy. Imagine a crunchy cloud with delicious pizza toppings. We drove 2hours round trip (weekend traffic) from the north side and it was worth it. Cash only, no atm on site.”

“Absolutely loved that classic Chicago style thin crust pizza. Cannot recommend the pepperoni highly enough. Really great.”

“Vito & Nick’s Pizzeria – Chicago Cracker-thin crust perfection. Ordered a large cheese pizza with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms and every bite was LOADED with flavor. Fresh cheese, fresh toppings, crazy aroma—straight up addictive. Classic hole-in-the-wall vibes with real Chicago history. Super relaxed, no frills, all flavor. Cash only, but 100% worth it. If you love thin-crust pizza done right, this spot is elite. Classic Chicago tavern pizza”

“Old school pizza that locals and tourists have loved for decades. Old Style on tap and Cash only”

“Very friendly staff, the food was amazing! If you go definitely order the pizza with sausage! Best mozzarella sticks too!❤️”

“They’ve been around for over 100 years and are known as one of the best tavern style pizza restaurants in Chicago, and they lived up to the hype! I shared fries and a pizza with mushrooms and green peppers. The fries were crispy but slightly over-salted. The pizza crust is light yet firm which had the perfect tavern style crunch. The cheese had that slightly oily, rich flavor you want without being greasy, and there was just enough sauce. This was the best thin crust pizza I’ve had in the midwest!”

“I went with friends and I was blown away with the quality of food and thim crust pizza. The menu is very diversified. I totally recommend this place. Very traditional, had been open for more than one hundred years. Five stars 🌟 . Staff very friendly and that place gave me some nostalgia.”

“Time capsule with fire pizza. Thin and crispy. 1000% recommend.”
