“This Ukrainian restaurant is definitely worth visiting. Once you visit, you’ll want to come back again and again. The decor is beautiful, and the food is delicious. I recommend the borshch or mushroom soup, varenyky, and the meat platter appetizer.”

“We wanted to try something new and came across this place and were immediately amazed when we walked in. The atmosphere was fun and unique and it’s some of the best food we have ever had. Highly recommend the New Style Banosh- and the goulash was the perfect comfort food on a rainy night.”

“Tryzub is an absolute gem in West Town/Ukranian Village! Everything we ordered (Carpathian Wild Mushroom Soup, Crispy Pork Schnitzel, and Cabbage Rolls) was stunningly delicious and their prices are more than reasonable. Come after dark and it really feels like you're in a beautifully decorated speakeasy amplified with great Ukrainian music in the background.”

“Dining at Tryzub was a wonderful experience from start to finish. It was my first time trying Ukrainian food, and I absolutely loved it. The dishes were delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the cozy atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to try authentic Ukrainian cuisine.”

“Сказати що тут смачно, це нічого не сказати. Це нереально, я майже вдома побував. Я проїхав вже весь Світ, але це місто - ТОП!!!Якщо в Чикаго і дуже хочеться чогось домашнього - вам сюди!”

“Дякую за ностальгію… микулинецьке…вишнівка… це було стильно і емоційно”

“Seriously hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had at an establishment. Beautiful, warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you want to come up with ANY reason to visit. I came here for my birthday and from beginning to end it was such a good experience. Started off with the varenky party platter and the variety of flavors was incredible. The orange one was a favorite. We then had a the wheel of fun (shots) and our favorite was the beet & tangerine. A very fun surprise for us.we each got something different, and we all had a taste. Cabbage rolls - amazing. Chicken Kiev - amazing. Buckwheat burger - what in the actual heck… STUNNER. We all shared a plate of the cherry varenky for dessert and the natural sweetness of the cherry mixed with the evidently home made cream was divine. Lastly, our server ANDRII, was such a sweetheart that elevated our experience even more. Thank you for such amazing service and quality taste of Ukraine. We all agreed this was a stellar experience and we’re all fans now. We will back. Tryzub is our new bat signal. If you say Tryzub, we’re there.”

“Чудова атмосфера, надзвичайно смачна їжа та найкращий сервіс!!! Дуже дякую команді Тризуба за незабутній вечір та компот to go ❤️”

“They specialize in cocktails that feature natural flavors. The New Fashion was amazing. It is a traditional old fashion with a mushroom tincture. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. I look forward to bringing friends and family to experience Tryzub!”

“Just visited Tryzub for the first time, and I loved it! It’s been on my to-go list for years, and I’m bummed it took me so long to go. I got the Chicken Kyiv and the honey layered cake, both very delicious. Service was great, and the atmosphere was stellar. Loved the lighting and decorating!”
