“I knew I ordered it hot, and I knew it was going to be hotter than your average hot”
I am very judgmental when it comes to my Thai food.
Pho’s Spicier Thai is amazing.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place.
Damn good food. We got the pork fried rice, pad thai and panang curry. Everything was top class and delicious.

“A new Thai takeout favorite.”
A new Thai takeout favorite! I’ve been on the hunt for a good pad see ew in Chicago for a while now and this one takes the cake so far. Was a little skeptical of $3+ for 6 crab rangoons but they were amazing and loved how thin they are. 10/10 recommend!!

“Excellent Pad Thai.”
Excellent Pad Thai. Ordered via Uber Eats and the delivery was pretty fast, and the food was still hot when it arrived. The sauce was pretty good, but the noodles are where this place shines! They were cooked just right and soft, which is hard to get with a delivery. If you're in the area, I suggest giving this place a try. I will order again when I'm in the area.

“I have been meaning to write this review for forever.”
I have been meaning to write this review for forever! I lived in Chicago for many years and Pho's was my favorite Thai place in the city. It is not fancy, but the restaurant has such a nice local feel, great prices, and fantastic food. Highly recommend!

“Phos has been my go-to Pad Thai spot for years.”
Phos has been my go-to Pad Thai spot for years. The crab rangoon is good and comes as an extra treat. I usually get the Mild Plus spice level. When they say hot, they mean it!

“Awesome spicy food.”
Awesome spicy food! I had Pas Thai and it was amazing! The city was awesome with rice too! I have to say, they’re one of few restaurants I’ve ever been with extra clean silverware and glasses! Excellent job!

“The best spicy Thai food I have ever had.”
The best spicy Thai food I have ever had. I usually like my food as spicy as i can get it, but the waitress wisley warned me off of that this time. I ordered two levels below the maximum spice, and it was still CRAZY HOT! but not just burning kill you hot, it also had some amazing flavor to it.

Ordered pad Thai on the phone for pickup. Price was reasonable, food was delicious. Parking can be a bit tight at times. $3 delivery surcharge. I will definitely come back here!

“This restaurant has no identity.”
This restaurant has no identity. It’s not Thai, not Vietnamese, not Chinese—just a confused mishmash of flavors with no real cohesion. I ordered one of the simplest and most iconic Thai dishes, Pad Kra Pao, and what arrived at my table was an absolute disaster. According to the waiter, the chef isn’t Thai, has never been to Thailand, and has no real understanding of Thai cuisine. That explains a lot. Despite having “pho” in the name, the menu offers just one pho dish, and it’s made with a vegan broth. Why even bother? The entire concept feels gimmicky, right down to the decor—walls covered in pictures of people who attempted their so-called spicy challenge. Ironically, after requesting my dish to be as spicy as possible, it had no heat whatsoever. This place is a mess from start to finish—uninspired food, pointless branding, and a lackluster atmosphere. Save yourself the disappointment and eat somewhere that actually knows what it's doing.
