“Great quality food, authentic Mexican cuisine, no frills, easy dine in or take out. Steak tacos and al pastor burritos and chicken tacos were delicious. Prices were decent. $4.50 a taco. It’s the sister location to the other spot a few blocks east on Montrose that’s always super busy. Parking is hard on Montrose but there’s no permits on side streets - saw lots of people coming in for take out. I’d come back for a quick delicious bite to eat.”

“Amazing tacos and very friendly staff. Exactly what you want from a Taco spot”

“This is the brother restaurant to El Asadero, food is equally fantastic. Asada is grilled on charcoal it’s juicy and perfect. Barbacoa is fantastic as well. Burritos are huge. Guac is perfect. Staff are super friendly.”

“I ordered 3 burritos from here and 1 of them was without onions and I got a burrito soup, never had a burrito like this before 🤧🫤”

“The food at this place is really good, but damn, the price has gone waaayyyyy up. We got 2 steak quesadillas, 2 chicken tacos (with cheese and sour cream, 75 cents each, adding 1.50 to the cost of each 4.25 taco, making the cost of these 2 chicken tacos $11.50!!) a side of rice, and a large chips and guacamole, total cost, $49. We will not be ordering from here anymore, the food is great, but way too expensive.”
“Awesome place. 2 tacos so stuffed with carne asada that it feels like I ate a burrito, phenomenal taste too. Great salsa as well. Seinfeld on tv to accompany my meal, awesome.”
“I recently ordered tacos, chips, salsa, and guacamole for 50 people. It was delicious! We ordered the steak, al pastor, and chicken tacos. Multiple people asked me where I had gotten the food. Thank you for making my husband's birthday extra special!”
“Beat tacos in the city. Cool people too. Always a good show on their TV lol If you're not coming here you're missing out.”
“Awesome Mexican food. The pastor and steak tacos or tortas are so good. They are the sister restaurant of asadero on Montrose and Lincoln which I've been going to for 25 plus years. The plus side is they take credit card.”
