“I’m not even gonna lie, the owner of the restaurant was the coolest man I’ve met in a while. He’s from Jordan and is super nice. He checked on us while we ate making sure everything was good. It’s super duper clean in here which you don’t find nowadays. 10/10 will definitely be back when I visit Chicago again. The grape soda was also very very good.”

“Came here for lunch today and was very pleased with my experience. I ordered a falafel bowl, which was made fresh and tasted very good. It was a good quantity of food for the experience you get, and the service was quick and very helpful. They have an option to order on a screen, if you prefer less face to face contact, and the rest of the restaurant also has a really good environment, with good song choices. I would recommend it if you’re looking for good and affordable mediterranean food.”

“Ever since this place opened by my work every time that I go there, it has been absolutely amazing. From my first experience, they’re not knowing anything. I had one of the most amazing managers explain everything to me and help me understand every employee that works. There has been absolutely amazing to me. I also got a chance to speak with the owner and he was a pure gentleman.. I highly highly recommend going to Pita Pita!!! They really knocked it out of the park.”
“Horrible experience. Tried to order at the counter but was told I can only order at the Kiosk. I started my order at the kiosk and asked how I was able to select side order of hot sauce and onions but was told he can't give it to me because they dont start giving out onions or hot sauce until 3pm... even though as you see in the picture ALL of the different toppings are out at 1145am. So you're telling me all of that just sits out for 3 hours and no one can have any??? Please check that your employee isnt just being Lazy. 12 Jul 2026 1145am”
