“The food here is amazing! We ordered some of our favorite Filipino foods- Kare-Kare, Sisig, lumpia. The Molo soup was a new one for me and I loved it the most! The drinks were also creative and delicious. They did not disappoint 😋”

“Delicious Filipino food. A bit salty for my taste but good flavor.”

“A wonderful venue with delicious (namit) takes on traditional Filipino favorites. The food was served hot, the service was prompt and attentive, and the atmosphere is casual and cozy.”

“Family owned Filipino restaurant in North Park area. Mark and Nathalie are friendly and attentive to details. Good portions and the the cupcakes and desserts are must haves.”

“Every time I go to Namit, I have such a great time. My partner and I visited their previous location back in 2023 and we enjoyed the Bacolod chicken. They were temporarily closed for awhile so I was excited to learn that they reopened on Bryn Mawr. I’ve gone a few times after working at a nearby cafe and the food never disappoints. Last week, my sister and I came in for lunch. We asked if it would be possible to make a reservation for a group of 10 for Sunday brunch and they easily accommodated us. Everything we had was so good! The arroz caldo was warm and had tofu and crispy chicken bites. The kaldereta had a spicy kick to it and all of the silogs were delicious. My family is from Iloilo so my mom really enjoyed chatting with Tita Nathalie Lopez. The service has always been 10/10 and the decor is amazing! Thank you Namit for such an amazing experience. We will be back again soon!”

“Always great service. Friendly staff and owner as well! Food is so great and full of flavor. We always get TapSiLog, ToSiLig and sometimes Arroz Caldo.”

“Wouldn't have been able to have such a cute get together if it weren't for Namit and the folks here! Hands down the best inasal in town (sorry I was too hungry forgot to take pictures), and the Kare-Kare was epic (whoever said it's not is either a liar or has aweful taste), and the lumpis was perection... but the SISIG!!! I'd never been into sisig but theirs made me fall in love! And the decoration was sooo cute my friends and I had a mini-pictorial. But if there's anything that can compete with the food or ambiance, it's the staff. Everyone was so sooo sweet and really go out of their way to takw care of you! I can't thank them enough! Staff deserves 1,001 stars ⭐️ I'm recomending them to all my family, friends, and anyone who reads google and yelp reviews.”

“Namit Cafe has a special place in our hearts. The food and flavors were authentically Filipino. The couple running the restaurant (Mark and Nathalie) were very kind to us, a mark of Filipino hospitality. Learnt that they came from Bacolod, which I’ve fond memories of! The sisig was delicious with the crispy tofu on top, was a really good addition. Also really enjoyed the chicken inasal. I loved the fishballs too (reminds me of home - Singapore) Appreciated their kindness with the ube cupcakes which were really really good. It was a really nice atmosphere within the shop as well!”

“We loved the cozy ambiance, with nature-styled hanging décor, warm lights, and beautiful wall decorations. The food was amazing — we especially enjoyed the beef nilaga (vegetables are fresh and not overcooked), chicken inasal (well-cooked & tasty inside), chicken sisig (a different way of preparation with tofu), molo soup (tasty dumplings and soup), and beef isaw (soft and not gewy) and their drinks (Calamansi purple, and pandan gulaman). Everything was flavorful and well prepared. We’re already looking forward to coming back to try the halo-halo and the whole ube cake next time!”

“Enjoyed a tasty lunch today! Recommend the Lumpia Shanghai (tasty small egg rolls) and Milo Soup (dumpling soup) as appetizers and the Caldereta (beef stew - pictured) and Chicken Sisig (crispy fried tofu + chicken stir fry= must try! - pictured)”
