Had ordered take out several times in the last few months, this was our first Dine in we ordered a mixed grill, Chicken Iskander, Berlin chicken doner, beef&cheese pita, and baklava. One of the best meals we've had in a long time and totally pleased they are in our neighborhood. John has an interesting history he'll share a bit of. Please support this entrepreneur!”
“This place was fantastic! My turkish spouse and I were really craving doner kabob. So we found this gem. The staff is so warm and nice. And what an absolute treat! We had the adana wrap and the donner with fries and veggies inside. We started with the lahmanjun a delicious tomato meat spread on pillowy thin crispy bread. We at our wraps and lahmanjun and took 2 more to go with milk baklava! The tea is free and the service is fast and the food is all halal. We will com back for the other baklava flavors! Absolutely best Turkish food 12/10 we have had in the US!”

“As a former resident of Berlin, when I heard there was a legitimate Turkish Döner restaurant nearby I had to check it out. My Döner is absolutely fantastic!!! The hummus was zesty, the sandwiches were delicious and the rice pudding was amazing. The staff were welcoming and very polite. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!”

“This is a new gem in Chicago! As a Turkish person, I can say that this was the very best diner, schwarma I have EVER had. This was my first time at My diner, and I had the Berliner. Even the bread is freshly baked; the meat was of a very good quality and well cooked. The chef adds his special sauce. Yummy. The chef is from the city of Master Chefs in Turkey. Their selection of deserts is remarkable, too. You get the best of it all including the friendly hosts at a very reasonable price. I will go back for dinner and breakfast, too. My doner has taken over the top spot on my list of places to eat when I am homesick. After another delicious meal. I had two deserts: tiramisu and reelected. Amazing. Then I learned that the chef used to bake deserts for S famous Italian restaurant in the Loop. Do yourself a favor and eat there.”
