“Update To address the recent response to my review: Let me be absolutely clear – I did not film your employees. Honestly, my phone's storage is far too valuable to waste on that. Secondly, my initial frustration simply stemmed from being put on hold over the phone for 16 min, only to drive down there and walk in to find a manager with an attitude. This points to an internal communication issue that your management should address. It's a clear opportunity for your staff to learn – if you're too busy to answer the phone properly, perhaps don't answer at all. For your reference, and to show my history as a paying customer, I've been a regular over the past couple of weeks, consistently ordering the same thing, which costs me exactly $26.14 (plus change) each time. I've never asked for anything for free and never would. If you like to go back and check your records, I ordered the same things earlier this year with the same price I can post those as well all the way back in as to January 2025. Just let me know Ultimately, my experience has led me to decide to take my business elsewhere. There are other Mexican restaurants just down the street that will gladly welcome my $26+ multiple times a week. So, I wish you a good day." So don’t come for me just because you are understaffed and have rude managers I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, around 4:50 PM in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to arriving, I called to place an order and was placed on hold for a total of 16 minutes across two separate calls. After driving approximately 15 minutes to the location, I requested to speak with the manager, who stated her name is Teresa, to address the issues I encountered. Unfortunately, my interaction with Teresa was unprofessional and unpleasant. She raised her voice and insisted that I place my order immediately or leave, stating she was busy. Due to the combination of the long phone wait and the subsequent interaction with the manager, I cannot recommend this establishment.”
