I was searching for birria de chivo... came across this restaurant Don Luis, I'm happy I did the meat was marinated with all the right herbs and spices it was tender yet crispy and toasted on the edges, and the tortilla was homemade, salsa verde was thick creamy and fresh, cabeza was juicy and tasty as well, but the GOAT was the star of the show! YES I WILL BE BACK 😁

Grabbed a couple tacos and some birria ramen for a picnic. Tacos were really yummy and I was surprised by how much meat they give you. I also tried their fish and shrimp tacos which were also pretty fire. Their green salsa has some avocado in it and has a great taste whereas their red salsa has incredible spice to it. Will definitely come and try other things of their menu. Not sure if they do this every weekend but the day I came they had live music at their patio section.

Came here last minute. We were given chips and bottle sauces. The red sauce is very spicy, the green was more mild and had fresh flavor. Then we were given 2 small cups of soda de fideo! It was flavorful and a nice way to start the meal. We didn't do any appetizer due to time. We ordered the Birria Dinner with Chivo, the cheese flautas, and 3 tacos. Lengua, Carne Asada, and cabeza. The birria was seasoned perfectly. Definitely needed some consome to dip it in. Next time I'll order the plate. The rice and beans were homemade and delicious. The flautas were incredible. The sauce was something I've never had before. Super flavorful and just a bit spicy. Tacos were good and fresh. Needed salt but you have on the table. Ordered a medium consome to take home. Amazing. A little spicy but delicious. Definitely going back.

We dined early on a Friday and the restaurant was a little empty but the owner was great in sharing stories on meal prep. I ordered a bowl of birria and my parents ordered the quesobirria tacos. I had my birria with hand made tortillas and they were delicious. The consume has a little kick so I didn't add any salsa or chile. My bowl was huge with a ton of birria. My plan was to eat half and take hoke the rest. Unfortunately, I finished th entire bowl. My parents loves their meal as well. Highly recommend
