“Oh man this is a jewel if you like pork! Omg so freaking awesome carnitas and chicharon. The green sauce has a herb that make its so deep and elevates the normal green sauce. The service is humble and homey, Very nice people took cared of us. This was almost like been at my grandmother Sunday lunches. Everything fresh and moist and tender. The place was quiet Friday afternoon. So we had the place to ourselves and lived every second of it. We ate plenty and took some home. This is like a typical CDMX luncheria which is like a neighbor that cooks for the locals and workers in the area without any pretension just home made clean place. Again no pictures because we digged in right away. They had meaty pork skins, mixed carnitas, guacamole, Mexican sodas. They have menudo barbacoa and birria on the weekends. This is a top ten places to eat so good in Chicago.”
