Great all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ spot. The quality of the meat was better than I expected for AYCE, and everything tasted fresh. The banchan, especially the kimchi, was very authentic and flavorful. Service was fast and attentive, and refills came out quickly. The atmosphere was lively but still comfortable to enjoy the meal. Definitely a solid choice if you’re craving Korean BBQ, and I would come back again.

Delicious food,great service !!! Highly recommend bulgogi beef, beef short ribs and shrimp. Meat and seafood was fresh and very tasty,all the sides and soups too !!! Definitely will be back !!

Wish they had just lettuce to wrap the meat, not salad. The spicy tofu soup doesn’t taste Korean, more like Chinese. Service was great, friendly, and they let me dine in alone, which is a plus. Most all-you-can-eat Korean restaurants don’t let you dine alone; you have to be in a group of two or more. Just make sure to call before you arrive if you want to eat alone. Also, they have a military discount. The meat was good and the beer was excellent 👍🏼.

Really awesome experience! Came for my birthday dinner and we got to spend good quality time as a family. Grilling your own food kept the kids off their phones and engaged in the experience. Miracle!! Food was excellent and Aza our server was super attentive and helpful. Will definitely come back again

“This place brings the meats.”
This place brings the meats. Larger quantity of meat than any other Korean BBQ I've been to. And not everything is sliced thin. Their Korean Fried Chicken is also very good. Everyone needs to try their cheesy corn. Best I've ever had.

Excellent overall experience eating at Mr Kimchi, Mount Prospect location. Restaurant is a little older with older tables, and plastic dividers between smaller tables. To me however that makes it more interesting because it creates a unique character of the place. The waiter was pleasant and professional but not attentive enough - we had to wait for another portion of bulgogi about 10 minutes or so. The meats were excellent - lean, well marinated and very thinly sliced. They were served with multiple small side dishes (kimchi, rice noodles, radishes) and 2 dipping sauces. The grilling your own food is a fantastic experience and I left it to my daughter since she had fun turning the meats, cutting them and making sure they are not burned. Mango soju was $15
