“This is my 2nd time here and I had a great experience twice, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner. We tried their Chungkiwa BBQ special and it was very good with multiple meat options, all very good quality and flavorful. My favorite was the beef and the spicy pork. The servers were super nice. AND we got ice cream after! The restaurant has a very interesting interior design. I love everything about it. Will definitely come back.”

“I've been wanting to try this spot. The meat was fresh and seasoned well. The ladies serving us were so kind. We got the Chungkiwa special, which included all the meats, sliced ribeye, spare ribs, chicken thighs, pork, shrimp and squid. The sliced ribeye and pork were the best! It was enough for 3 people for sure! The side dishes were excellent. Also the dumpling soup was light, flavorful and soothing!”

“This is a hidden gem. Family owned and their food portions are really good. Really nice spot to take friends and family. We got a bunch of of food and everything was great.”

“I eat at a lot of Korean restaurants, but this place is probably the best I have had in the US. The food is homemade and not overly salty. All the side dishes were so good, especially their kimchi. It’s the kind of food you’d eat at your grandmother’s home. The service was the best. I guess it’s run by a family and they were very kind, humble and quiet during the meal. The environment is so chill and people were having light, quiet conversations while enjoying their meals. The Miyazaki Spirited Away soundtrack was the perfect touch. We will be back to try the bbq Update: came back the next day for bbq. Delicious beyond words. The quality of the meat is very good. The kalbi was sold out, and they recommended pre-ordering it if you want to make sure you have it”

“Great food and service. We had Bim Bum Bop and the Korean pancake! Excellent!”

“not a fan of tipping culture but i left biggest tip rate by far in my life at this place. the staff and who appears to be the owner are very humble. they set everything up attentively and quietly in a cozy, isolated dining environment. they dont approach when you are mouthful but when something is needed, they act quick. thats the right measure of the service and respect i need. bbq meat (we ordered combo) was very tender, one of the best i had. the ice cream was a nice surprise that my kids love. i wish they had more variery of the side dishes as thats one of the reasons i love about korean food, but what was served was very very good. overall, my family enjoyed the dining experience very much and we will come back.”

“Genuinely the best KBBQ experience I’ve ever had! Service was amazing the staff was incredibly polite, didn’t have to ask for refills or help etc, and kindly explained each of the dishes to our table. Meat was so tender, fresh and well marinated and not a single bite went to waste! The complimentary ice cream bars at the end were so refreshing and the perfect way to wrap up our meal! Have tried many KBBQ spots but this one really blew me away, will definitely be back again and again!”

“I really loved everything thing about this place. The unique decor, private tables, complimentary ice cream bar, accommodating service, etc. We ordered the bulgolgi, thick cut rib eye, kulgi and hot pot kimchee - all excellent.”
