This place has amazing food, lovely atmosphere and a great staff. Their sashimi is excellent cuts and their vegan sushi is truly the best in the city. Their desserts are very unique to them as well, highly recommend for a great evening.

Blue sushi sake grill is an exception dining spot not only for their freshly prepared food but for the excellent location. I would definitely recommend sitting outside as it’s located next to a beautiful park area. On top of the sushi I would definitely recommend getting a salad as it’s fresh and comes with homemade dressing. Will definitely be back.

The vegan maki rolls here are a must-try! My favorite is the crunch cabbage. I love the happy hour at this place. Every time I come here the service is always nice. I love the atmosphere of the restaurant too. It can get busy on the weekday evenings, though. I would recommend doing a reservation ahead of time! This has become one of my favorite sushi spots.

My friend and I had a wonderful time. We ordered the hot sake, a couple of cocktails, a few maki rolls and brussel sprouts. Everything was outstanding. The cowgirl maki was extremely delicious and we got another order of it even though we were so full. Tons of vegan and vegetarian choices. The wait staff was professional and yet personable. Great atmosphere and music.
