“$11 for 15" of deliciousness. Truly a rare find in this economy. The wait would be quite brutal if they were anywhere closer to the loop.”

“Stopped by here for the first time all the way from Dayton. Maria warmly welcomed my friend and I as we each indulged in a deli sandwich, arancini, and some macaroni salad. Everything was perfect! I felt right at home — and cannot wait to come back!”

“What a hidden gem. After being told to go multiple times, I finally did. I was NOT disappointed. You are immediately transported upon entering to the smells of Italy. The amount and variety of authentic product is amazing. The fresh subs. Well, boy oh boy, you're missing out. I cannot wait to go back. UPDATE: I WENT BACK! I bought sliced deli meat to make homemade mufalettas, and the meat is SO FRESH! So good! The Tonys Brand Olive spread! Yes! But, the fresh sandwiches! I got the hot beef combo with cheese. It ruined me! I'll never have a better Italian Beef Combo. EVER AGAIN unless it's from here!! My only complaint is that they aren't open 24/7 to be able to ALWAYS satisfy my cravings of all the great stuff they have!!! Keep up the great work folks!!!”

“Whhhaaaaat. I've had many a sub at this place over the years. Very tasty. Today I decide to get an Italian on focaccia. Game changer. Easily feed a few. Best sandwich ever. Chocolate tiramisu was also so delicious. In the neighborhood it's a legend. If your not close..... trust me this place is worth a cruise if you want authentic Italian.... anything.”
“This is my absolute favorite place to go on Friday for lunch. Meatball sub, provolone cheese on the bottom and mozzarella on top. Get that and a couple 4 packs of the blood orange Italian sparkling water (not San Pellegrino, the real authentic stuff with the girl on the can) and now you're cooking!! It's a phenomenal grocery store with everything under the sun from Italy and the old country. I cannot recommend this place more! Family run all the way!!”
“I love the selection of authentic Italian pastas, canned tomatoes, peppers and olive oils that can't be found at larger grocers”
“Sandwiches are so good & great bang for your buck! The selection of Italian sweets is the cherry on top!”
“Incredible family owned old school Italian deli. Outstanding service and food for the 40+ years I've been going there. I can't say enough. We always get sub trays for my kids birthday and they never disappoint.”
“Lots of great food. Delicious pasta meals, sandwiches, and Italian groceries. Place smells delicious as soon as you walk in.”
