5 stars are not enough for the awesome team that works at this location. My husband is a huge fan of Jet's Detroit style pizza and requested it for his birthday. To make a very casual dinner a bit more special, I called the team at this location and requested a "custom" shape pizza - requested a "F" for my husband's first initial. Although it is not something they usually offer, Doug was able to work with me and help make this tiny surprise a reality. It made my husband smile and was such an awesome detail to incorporate into our evening. Also pizza was delicious!!!!

I’ve recently become a fan of Jet’s pizza and the Detroit style. I didn’t know there was one in my neighborhood all along. It’s definitely just a quick window show, but I found it cool that they even have slices. I ordered the pepperoni 4 corner pizza via the text service (which provided a discount). It said 20 minutes until it will be ready... and it was done on time. Pizza was delicious, and tasted as I expected. I’ll definitely be back for a quick slice or even another pizza!

O my goodness I don't eat pizza to often but this pizza put all other pizza to shame. It was sooooooo good, after my daughter Chicky order one a had to get my own. Next time it will be a larger one. I eat most of it with my granddaughter a had to get a pic. Of what was left. So good, so good.

I have walked by here several times and decided to try it out on a whim. I am a pizza fan and "expert" because I've had all kinds for several years, and this place is fantastic. It's not typical Chicago style deep dish but I appreciate the difference. The crust is puffy and cheese and sauce taste fresh. I will definitely order from here again. I don't know what took me so long, but now I have to make up for lost time. I'd been going to Whole Foods for a slice, but I like this better. The only negative is that it's a total take-out place, thus nowhere to sit.

We got an eight corner Aloha Chicken deep dish. It was decent, generous toppings, piping hot, perfectly baked with a super crunchy crust. I personally would have liked the BBQ sauce to be a bit more tangy but as a chain, I'm assuming they have to cater to the lowest common denominator of tang tolerance. We did pickup as it was only a few minutes from our hotel so I have nothing to share in regards to their delivery service but the dudes in the shop were nice and seemed to enjoy working there which can speak volumes. I gave four stars because while the pizza was a solid tasty and filling three star with five star service, it didn't change my life. It was a "this is pretty alright" as opposed to an "omg, get in my mouth forever" experience. And I did have a little sticker shock even with a $5 off special.

Meh. I got the 2 slices and a drink special, it wasn't really anything good tbh. Just a greasy pizza. Bland taste no seasoning. A slightly better Little Caesars BUT still... It just looks good. Sigh. (And this is coming from a guy who LOVES pizza)

“The pizza here is really mediocre.”

The pizza here is really mediocre. While I appreciate how much they let you customize the pizza, the toppings don't taste very fresh and they hardly put mushrooms on the pizza either. We ordered online for delivery so by the time the pizza got here the crust was incredibly hard and inedible. The only plus side is that the pizza was cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

So I ordered a pizza and it wasn’t correct in how it was made. Called them up, guy on the phone was super nice said right away we’ll make you a new one that’s right and send it over. 30 minutes later I got a new pizza and it was perfect. Sometimes it’s not about not making mistakes but how you make up for it when you do.

If you want 4 corner, square cut pizza.... easily the best in Chicago and probably the best I've ever found. Generous "slice" size, great cost and delicious sauce!
