We had a fantastic experience at Eataly. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious—the burrata was fresh and creamy, the meatballs were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and the arugula salad was light, crisp, and well balanced. The service was amazing from start to finish, and the overall value for the quality of food and experience was excellent. Truly delicious all around. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

I ordered Cioccolata con Panna (Italian hot chocolate with whipped cream) and tiramisu. The hot chocolate was a bit too sweet for my taste, but milk was available at the self-service table to balance the flavor. The tiramisu was nice, with a good portion size for sharing. The place is nice with several seating options.

So far, the best Italian restaurant in Chicago, 100% recommended. The staff was very friendly and efficient. For starters, we enjoyed a cheese and charcuterie board, which was very good. The gentleman who served us recommended a black pasta with shrimp in lobster sauce to my husband, which, according to him, was exquisite. I had ravioli filled with squash, which were truly delicious. For dessert, we had an Amalfi, and I have to admit my weakness for this dessert. Our experience was a perfect 100/100. Thank you.

We took a pasta making class here and absolutely LOVED it. Not only did we learn a new skill, we got to eat the fruits of our labor. Highly recommend taking a class (or two) with friends, family, heck even your enemies! The chef was really great and made learning easy. I especially have to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to the manager Molly. She was super professional, warm, kind and knowledgable. She went above and beyond when it comes to service - and she was wickedly funny. She also helped me find the bottle of wine we enjoyed during class in the store so I could go home with a couple of those. Thanks Molly!

Love Eataly!! and it exceeded my expectations. The italian culture and food Eataly really embraces just that! The restaurants are amazing, rich in flavor and true italian meals. You can have a glass of wine while you shop around the store. Very friendly staff and well educated on wines and foods. My wife and I walked in for a quick small lunch after having a few drinks at the signature room at the John Hancock yesterday. I got the prime rib sandwich from the sandwich station upstairs happy i did! Such a basic sandwich but so much flavor punch. Bread, prime rib,olive oil, salt and black pepper and that's it! The prime rib was so melt in your mouth tender amazing soft nice Fresh bread and top notch olive oil. We also had their pizza which was decent need bit more sauce but very good flavors. 100% recommend!
