“We were very excited to ring in the new year here.”

We were very excited to ring in the new year here. We had read previous reviews, and I confirmed that they would be open and offering a New Year's Eve dinner. What we didn't know was that they closed at 1:00 AM 😔, and since my daughter worked until 10:00 PM, that's why we made the reservation for 11:00 PM. I wish they had told us this beforehand, and we would have changed the reservation, at least so we could have enjoyed the music, which, from what little we heard, was fabulous. This was the only thing that slightly spoiled our New Year's celebration. Aside from this minor inconvenience, I have to highlight the excellent and attentive service from the young man who served us. I didn't catch his name 😔, but if you read this comment, thank you, thank you, thank you for your excellent recommendations, both for the wine I tasted and the food. My family and I enjoyed the dinner, the music, and your attentive service. Happy New Year! 🎇🎇🎇

Absolutely outstanding service! Our waiter John was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. They were knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. Everything was handled with a positive attitude and a genuine smile, which made our dining experience even better. Felt as if I knew him for years. Great guy great food great service 👏🏼

We went for dinner on a Saturday night. Made a reservation upfront. The place was packed. Food was amazing. Service excellence. Ordered Veal Milanese, Grilled Octopus and Coconut cake. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough. Perfection.

We really enjoyed this place. Everything was great: the food, the service, the atmosphere. The portion sizes are pretty generous which is always a good thing. The whole restaurant was clean and organized, including the restrooms, which are often a little neglected (in a lot of other places). So big kudos to them. We definitely recommend this restaurant.

Mer friends who were laying over due to air traffic controls. Had a lot of time to share memories with them. This restaurant was fantastic for food, drinks, service and hospitality. Immensely enjoyable time. Noise was low and could have wonderful conversation without having to raise voices. I would definitely go again.

“Server was so slow and kept going to other tables and ignoring us.”

Server was so slow and kept going to other tables and ignoring us. When they brought the food, it was very salty. We didn’t want to wait another 50 minutes so we settled.The food was good, I went for my 65th birthday which my fiancée had to repeat many times before they brought us their complementary cannoli. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have a lot of time to waste.

Came here on a date night with my wife and we had a great meal. We got the calamari, which was honestly one of the best calamri dishes I've had in a long time. The 16 oz NY Strip steak was cooked medium rare just how we asked for. The chopped salad was huge and definitely shareable amongst 2-3 people. The Tagliatelle Bolongese was delicious. The burrata cheese just made the pasta rich with cream and melt in your mouth flavors. For drinks my wife really enjoyed the Cosmopolitan and I found the Limoncello to be quite refreshing.

Excellent food and service, classy and romantic atmosphere. Wonderful indoor and outdoor dining areas. Limoncello and Blushing Cuban martinis both fun and tasty. Eggplant stack and Chicken Braciole are both unique and delicious - appreciated them splitting these plates for us. Very nice fresh bread basket as well. Update 06/2025 - had such a wonderful meal last time, had to come back! Bread was accompanied by parmesan in olive oil this time, very nice! Blackberry Summer Punch and Italian Margarita were both incredible drinks, perfectly balanced and delicious! Got the eggplant stack chopped this time, probably the superior option, and this dish is a must-try, the elements all come together in an ideal way. Short rib and polenta is exquisite - incredibly tender and savory, another must-try!

“What a great place.”

What a great place! I took my wife here due date night. The pasta primavera was incredible. The extra virgin olive oil and garlic sauce was mind blowing. We had sorbet for dessert which was just right. Sweet but not overpowering. The temperature and music made the meal even better. Jovana did a great job checking on us and suggesting menu items. There’s a free parking lot and the location is easy to find right off the Balmoral Avenue exit. We will definitely return.

We had the pleasure of working with Kathleen and her team. Initially this was supposed to be a birthday dinner I was planning for my boyfriend but little did I know, the script flipped on me. It was actually my surprise proposal! It was a remarkable moment that was surrounded by all of our loved ones. From start to finish Kathleen and her team made sure everything went smoothly. Tears were shed and laughter was made! I would not have imagined anything better. Thank you Carmines, Kathleen, David and all of the staff for making this moment absolutely memorable. If anyone has the pleasure of working with Kathleen and Lindsay then you are great hands, expect nothing BUT THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
